This Italian eatery is a unique establishment along Freta Street's restaurant row. Alina serves a varying menu, depending on what is seasonally available and, presumably, on the chef's inspiration that day.
The meat and cheese platter I sampled was delicious -- one of the best I've had, served on a bed of fresh and seasoned spinach and accompanied by warm and tasty bread. Also on hand was a bottle of Alina's own vintage wine. The combo and the company made for a lovely meal.
The service is friendly. Prices are reasonable. There is indoor seating in the charmingly decorated interior and outdoor seating that allows you to take in the pedestrian perambulators on restaurant row as well as the fresh air. read more
