I was stranded in schulenburg with my 3 yr old twins with a flat tire and no wheel lock.needing to get home to Dallas. Plenty of nice people stopped to help get me somewhere safe off the street. Multiple people gave me this number to call to help. im texting him he said he can help so i cancel roadside assistance and my father coming to help. All for him to text asking if he knows me and who referred me to him, the point of giving good service is word of mouth and gaining business you're not going to personal know all new clients. read more

We had a blowout on I-10 we showed up 30 minutes prior to closing along with someone else on a Saturday evening. The gentlemen was very helpful, he took care of our spare tire and tightened the one my husband had replaced. He was direct with pricing, he was very fair, and took care of our situation in an appropriate amount of time. We took his card as we often travel on I-10 from Houston to San Antonio and now we have some comfort knowing we can call on him if we ever encounter the same issue. read more

Horrible experience! We pulled in to get some air for our low tire, some overweight, balding, white guy came out. My husband asked for air in our tire (the one at the gas station was broken) he said I don't have time for that, bye! And walked right back in his office. I would give this place zero stars if given a chance. My husband called to see if someone was available to come out with a used tire because my car had a flat. The guy on the phone got pissed off and hung up. What an asshole. Never in my life have I experienced such a terrible person. I don't know how this place is still open! I met Charles when he came to my business to looking to lease a portable storage building. On his rent to own agreement he stated he owned a tire repair business. We leased him a 12x24 garage on a rent to own contract and hired him to fix the tire on my tractor. Charles defaulted soon after on his contract and instead of paying his late payments he requested to turn the building back in to us. The lease company cancelled his agreement and did not pursue collecting any back payments, a very fair agreement. When we received the garage back it was locked and filled with old tires. I contacted Charles and notified him that he had not leased a dumpster and could he come and empty the unit out per the contract he signed. He cursed and hung up telling me not to tell him how to run his business. Attached are the pictures of garage and tires he has now stuck us with. In addition the first day I ran my tractor after his tire repair I discovered a severe wobble on the tire he had repaired and been paid for. His failure to properly tighten the lug nuts resulted in the damage pictured here. All attempts to resolve the issue like a couple of local businessmen failed. The dumping of the tires left in the garage seems deliberate. The poor workmanship on my tractor tire was just poor effort on Charles part. His prices were fair and he seemed like a fair guy. I am not the kind of person who looks to intentionally harm a persons business by running to the internet but have exhausted all other resources. I agree to take this review down if Mr. Kocian will contact me and resolve the situation as he told the lease company he would. read more

If i could give it a zero I would. Was extremely fucking rude. We had a blowout on our trailer and when we pulled in no one was there. A truck pulled in shortly after us and the man went to him first. When we told him we needed it done in a hurry due to us having horses in the trailer and it being 100 degrees outside we were told to leave. as i went to shake the owners hand and explain my situation, he backed away as if i was dangerous and looks at my hands (i had nail polish on) and says "are you gay" to which i responded "..uh yes?" to which he immediately tells me "no we're closed i won't help you" so now i am stranded 2 hours away from home with no service and a popped tire because this grown man decided to refuse me service because of my sexual orientation read more

While driving by the so called shop looks like a house with just a few tires pilled up in the back. I did not feel comfortable going there and could not tell if it was a real shop or not. Please add better signage if you intended to get more off the highway customers as there were no signs or indication of a shop. read more
