After finding 3 different lengths, she had me sit down again to try to correct the haircut, which made it even shorter. After getting home my husband hated it, of course, and I found even more uneven lengths in the back. Twila's preferred method of cutting is razor cutting with sissors, which, I have to say, is one of the most annoying ways I have ever had my hair cut. And, in my opinion, Aveda products smell really bad. I know my name is Karen, and I hate to complain like a 'Karen', but I have never paid so much for a haircut ($60) with or without shampoo and blow dry plus tip? and have it come out so badly. If I can't get in with my regular stylist... I would rather make a trip up to Eugene to Supercuts. Sorry Twila.

It's like a women's collective, so depending upon what you purchase they may be rung up in multiple transactions. It would be nice if even one business owner could just own up to their mistakes. I'd never been tanned before. I've seen it done good and bad. I was willing to pay anything and do anything I had to just to get a good one. Got to the business she asked what shade I wanted and I showed the makeup pallet that was the right tone, she didn't even ask to look at it closer. I said I wanted my body and legs to match my already a little tanned arms and we get going and it was about 5 mins long and it was over. Before I got dressed I pointed out some blotches of uneven spray, she says oh skin absorbs different sometimes. When it was clear she was just spraying my skin closer in those spots.. I mean we've all sprayed painted.. so I left with concerns already. I followed everything you said to a T. Went home and took a nap, didn't sweat, didn't wash my hands, didn't touch it, wore loose clothes, rinsed after 8 hrs in cold water and it looked like crap. I literally didn't use soap or lotion or anything for a whole day before this and exfoliated my skin both the night before and the day of. Every single thing she asked and some in my opinion. I've seen people get bad tans before so I took it pretty damn seriously to not look stupid. When I left the appointment she said oh feel free to contact me if you have any questions or concerns. So of course I did send her pics of my displeasure. She opened it and didn't respond. So two days later I sent another message saying I wasn't happy she didn't respond and all I get is some generic message as to why it didn't work for me, when I know full well she's just making excuses instead of offering me a touch up. Blamed everything down to hormones as to why my tan didn't hold up. So I was pretty unsatisfied with that considering I drive two hrs for this treatment living in Oakridge and it being in Eugene. She later said: "Based on your messages It was made clear that you wouldn't have accepted a touch up. (Which is bull) Your messages have been unkind and youre threatening a bad review rather than communicating effectively. I've been an aesthetician tanning for 8 years. I've never had an issue with my solutions. If you'd like me to tan the rest of your body I can do it at 445pm today." She said this knowing I was on vacation as I had said it many times in talking and after I had already needed to get frustrated from her lack of customer service. She also made it very clear no matter what review i leave that she and her associates will respond "appropriately" but the only response is that she did a bad job and instead of responding to my messages when I shared my displeasure she makes every excuse she possibly can to not make it right. She's young with four kids so she thinks she's worth $40 for 6 minutes of crappy work... idk what her "associates " would have to say considering no one else was in the shop at the time.. so once again a warning this is a scam.

We called to make an appointment and she was able to squeeze us in to her schedule. The haircut ~ totally awesome, just perfect and since that was the 1st time she cut my hair, very impressive.
