After finding 3 different lengths, she had me sit down again to try to correct the haircut, which made it even shorter. After getting home my husband hated it, of course, and I found even more uneven lengths in the back. Twila's preferred method of cutting is razor cutting with sissors, which, I have to say, is one of the most annoying ways I have ever had my hair cut. And, in my opinion, Aveda products smell really bad. I know my name is Karen, and I hate to complain like a 'Karen', but I have never paid so much for a haircut ($60) with or without shampoo and blow dry plus tip? and have it come out so badly. If I can't get in with my regular stylist... I would rather make a trip up to Eugene to Supercuts. Sorry Twila.

After showing the stylist specific photos of the kind of cut I wanted and explaining it in detail, I thought she knew what I wanted and hoped she knew what she was doing. I ended up with a style that looked nothing like what I showed her. Don't know if it was lack of talent, listening skills or just didn't care. Now, $70 later I look like a disheveled, aging lesbian with a terribly uneven very short haircut complete with one side longer than the other. The entire soulless experience with Glo was also distasteful to me. Better to support other small, local business owners. Wish I had listened to my gut. Never again! I see Kristen has just replied to my review by saying I reviewed the wrong Glo. You're the Glo in Florence OR on Hwy 101in the strip center that's just around the corner from This Bud's for You, so you are the correct place I was reviewing. This review is meant for feedback only and to give other yelpers an idea of the services/experiences they might receive. I am average guy that needs nothing more than a decent haircut. While visiting this town I decided to get a fresh cut about a week before an interview. Unfortunately visiting this salon was a mistake. The cut was 20$ - I asked for a standard #1 on the sides and back, blended up to a short scissor cut on top. The stylist didn't know how to blend. I had to instruct her how to do it. At that point it was clear that she hadn't done many mens haircuts. The blend was terrible, and there was hair all over my face because it was cut completely dry. There was also zero conversation had during the entire process - making it very awkward. Unfortunately I will not be visiting this place again, and I do not recommend KT Salon for mens haircuts.

I had asked for my bangs to be cut to mid-nose, and when I got home and styled my hair, I noticed that my bangs were down to my chin. I should have noticed that before I left, but I wasn't paying attention. I cut them myself when I noticed the problem, and blended it into the sides.
