I went in for a fill in and a pedicure, the man beat the stones on my ankle and legs my ankles hurt for 3 days. my fill in was horrible I advised it was wrong she told me no, I went back the next day hoping to get someone else they had me go back to the woman who made them even worse. they are lopsided and super thick under neath she said nothing was wrong I paid $60 for a fill in where does that happen! my nails are bubbles on the top and lip sided I needed up paying another salon to fix it. This is the worst place to get your nails done EVER! I asked for simple polish since I was trying to grow my nails out. I also asked him to not file it down as much for the same reason and he said okay. He started complaining about how I polished my nails badly and got it on my skin (I only had a little underneath my cuticle since cuticles grow, obviously). He buffed my nail, he went in with a courser drill bit and filed my nails so bad you could see my nail bed! It hurt cause this is the nail that is right near your cuticle and he filed it like it was some sort of acrylic extension. He got mad when I told him to leave it and started cursing me out in Vietnamese. Im 15 years old and this man looks to be in his late 40's to 50's...how unprofessional is that. this polish wasn't even gel and could have easily been removed with acetone since it was literally drugstore nail polish with no top coat. I was still in the shop since my aunt was getting her toes and hands done. and all the workers started giving me nasty looks like I was the one at fault. later the man walked up to to me asking if I was okay. I showed him the damage he did and told him you could have taken it off with acetone and if you pushed my cuticles back a little cause while i was sitting there I could SCRAPE the polish he claimed he was tying to get off with my other hand. After my aunt backed me up cause, as you can see from the picture, he filed it down almost to the nail bed. The man changed his reason from trying to get the polish off to trying to get my cuticle... even if he was, he was using the wrong drill bit. I've gone here a few times before and have always had a decent experience. This was by far the worst experience I've had at a nail salon. The nail tech did not listen to anything I said, down to the color I chose for my nail polish. I had to tell her several times that it wasn't the color I chose and I ended up having to get up and go find it myself. I also asked for a French pedicure and she put a pink tinted top coat over it, which made the tips pink instead of white. I kept saying that it wasn't right and she refused to fix it. I even went to another nail tech and they just said they could fix it next time. There will not be a next time. read more

Fit me in very quickly for a polish change, despite being almost full. Staff was polite, efficient, and clean. The space is nice and clean as well, giving a good environment even if you would be there a while. My only complaint is that the polish seemed kind of thin; after even two coats, I can still kind of see through it. I chose China Glaze, which I've not known to be a thin polish in general, so they might thin it out??? I will definitely be back to try again though. read more

For the record...I was forced to give them 1 star, since -5 isn't an option on yelp. $85 for horrible service and the worst manicures my daughters and I have ever had in our lives. My daughters and I decided to have a girls day shopping and getting our nails done. My girls had regular manicures as they like to change their nail color often. I chose to go with the gel polish since I don't color my nails often. We were not greeted at the door, most of the employees were wearing headphones, and they did all three manicures in less than 30 mins!!!! How??? They should be in a Guinness record book. They never showed me a ticket for what they were charging and they pretended to not understand when I asked to see my ticket, because I couldn't make sense of the amount I was being charged. The two people who worked on our nails both followed us to the door even after we paid they stood there staring at us waiting for their tips. Like they actually deserved it after the horrible job they did, but I gave it to them anyway because I wont let their low standards and morals affect mine. Well they did a sloppy job polishing my daughters nail polish, didn't even get the polish off her fingers, they didn't remove any cuticles, or file any nails except for mine. The polish they got was falling off the next day and the gel polish I got is falling off today (two days later). No hand massage, lotion, cuticle oil, or even a decent thank you or good bye. While we were getting our nails done, another customer was yelling at the manager because the polish she chose was not the same color she had on her nails, they charged her $45 for a fill in and color. She yelled about the ridiculously high price she was being charged after she was given a different lower price before she decided on letting them do her nails. The guy who did her nails said I don't care and put his headphones on and moved on to the next person. The man who said he was the manager, told her "yes, I'm the manager. I don't get paid to listen to all this. Talk to him(the guy who did her nails)" and none of the employees ever even looked up at her or even acknowledge her. Can we say "horrible service and even worse customer service!" I pity the person who ever comes to this place to be robbed of their hard earned money by these lazy thieves who think they deserve your money. I will never return and I hope my $85 serves them well, because you better believe I will write a review about their lack of professionalism and their over priced services. Truly, just save your nails. My nails are VERY healthy...or I should say WERE very healthy before going to this location. My family goes here for full sets and overall enjoys it, so I went in to get my gel manicure removed and a new gel manicure. I tried to upload pictures but it would not work...half of my nails have broken off only 6 days after getting my nails done there. Truly truly a horror story. The woman tried to remove the gel nails with the machine (which if you get gel nails, you know that is a big NO NO...first you use foil wrap and then a small scraper that will remove it very quickly and easily). I tried to tell her to do this and so she did this and then proceeded to leave them on for 1 minute and remove the gel nails with the machine again! Worst of all, by the end of it the gel that she did put on my nails was not neat...there was dried gel all over my fingers. And now half of my nails are broken. I just wish I could get my money back. They aren't even that cheap...they are $10 less than the place I normally go that is a nail boutique which cares about the health of your nails! so sad. read more

I've been coming here about three months faithfully. My prices never changed and my service never changes. Today I got an awful pedicure, a rushed gel polish with acrylic polymer on my hand, and told my price was increased by $20 because it's tax season! Stay away from this place. I guess I'll be driving back to Noblesville taking an hour out of my day to get my nails done when I could just go down the street. Went in on 1/11. To get pedicures for my daughter and I. ( it was her 3rd birthday ) We were helped right away. We picked our polish and were seated. For whatever reason, my daughter started to freak out after she took her shoes off and no longer wanted her nails painted. They were so patient with us after my daughter changed her mind and were still accommodating to me to get my pedicure. I've been going to KTs since I moved to Indy 10 years ago when they only had one location. After five mins a guys asked me to sit in the second pedi chair to the left at exactly 10:30 I was in the chair. At 10:45 I was still in the chair unattended to. They didn't even start the water to let me soak while I wait. There were Two white women that came in after me that were seated immediately they even got the water started for them. All while walking past my waterless chair...Another ten mins go by now their pedis have began. Before u say they had an appointment DONT. Because we had a short chat when they came in and the mom stated that she didn't know why her daughter picked this place because there always packed with an appointment. By 11:05 I was feed up gathered my belongings and walked out. Not one word from the staff. I learned that they don't value there customers or their customers time. I need to stop going to nail salons before checking the Yelp reviews!! So many problems: they didn't have matching gel polish colors with regular polish colors like many salons do, so I tried to find a match and ended up with two very different color nails. The paint on my toes is so thin that you can see through it. My gel manicure didn't include the "manicure" part, so no cuticle trim, lotion, or massage. Just basically a polish change. I walked out very frustrated and disappointed and will be paying another salon to fix these mistakes ASAP. Waste of time and money! read more

When will this place get shut down? Never been here before and will never be coming back. I had dip powder on my nails before I went in and asked for dip again. Instead of putting a cotton ball of acetone on each nail with foil (like every nail salon) he soaked my nails in what looked like a used bowl with a little acetone and cotton ball. He was clearly in a rush and kept taking my nails out of the bowl and trying to get the dip off with the drill. After making me do this 3 times I told him I wanted my nails cut down. He told me "no" I told him I always get them cut down. He wouldn't listen. Finally after telling him I wanted them cut down he cut most of my growth off so it would be impossible to keep the shape they have always been. Extremely upset and frustrated I said forget it and left. My friend was getting her nails done at the same time and also had a very bad experience. She came in and warned her nail tech that she had a broken nail that she had glued together and to be careful. She ignored her warning and filed her nail too hard to the point she had to pull her hand away to stop her. After my friend went to pay they charged her $15 extra for removing my dip polish!!! I went back in to get my $$ back and the manager told me "If I don't like it there I don't have to come back" he refused to give me my $ back. SAVE YOUR MONEY! A really great nail salon is hard to find, I know. So when I discovered this one that was close to home and fairly new, I was stoked. Upon first impression, it seems really nice. Everything looks clean, they are friendly & their services are fast. I was really excited to get my nails done- it's been months since I've been able to. I got the gel polish in a really pretty fall purple color. The lady was very sweet, and it seemed like she did a good job, so I gave here a really good tip as well. All-in-all with the tip, it was about $30. TWO DAYS LATER, I get out of the shower to discover that 7/10 fingernails had the polish literally just peeling off. Gel polishes (that I have paid much less for) are supposed to last at least two weeks - and actually more! The gel isn't supposed to be able to easily come off, it is supposed to be very strong & sealed to the nail... not peel off like some crappy nail stickers you get at Wal-Mart. Don't go to this place. They are unsanitary and disgusting. The man doing my nails had blood all his fingers. He didn't offer to wash his hands or wear gloves. When he first started doing my nails I just thought he had spots of red polish on his fingers, but then blood start dripping from a cut he had on his hands. He knew the whole time he was bleeding and still proceeded to do my nails. I had to tell him NO don't touch my hands, and he still acted like it wasn't a big deal. On top of that my nails suck. I've been coming here since the reopen during COVID-19. I am very displeased with the service I have received recently. I get pedicures here. They put your feet in plain water. They stopped using the cuticle remover. I pay over $50 each visit for a pedicure. This is simply unacceptable. It's crazy how Americans always get taken advantage of and we are overcharged for half-a** services. Upon redemption due to Sean is the reason of the 5 stars. I have an interesting review so I have been coming for a while now, due to the shop is nearby my residence. There is a couple of nail technicians that should not be servicing anyone due to bad attitudes here. My last visit I picked a very beautiful color, however The nail polish and overlay kept chipping a day after my service. When I returned for repair, let's just say I was greeted with the rollin of eyes. Not to mentioned the next day after I had to return yet again due to the application kept rising. Mind you this is the third day in a row to fix the problems and it wasn't until Sean volunteered to fix my issues, needless to say he not only repaired but went back over all the half a$$ repairs corrected. Brand new location in Speedway. Even though it is less than a mile from the other location, I believe they will do well. It is very clean and calming inside. The new chairs for pedicures are so comfortable and they have trays for your drink, phone, purse, etc. on both sides. With today being Mother's day, I expected to be waiting a while, but there was no wait at this location. Everyone seemed very friendly. One downfall that I saw is the check-in system is the same computer where you pay and it appeared some customers were having a hard time signing in, because it is left on the payment screen. I also thought it was odd that they had me type the amount in for the service, but I do like that it populates tip options.
