They would never admit anything was a mistake, they called it "normal" when i knew it wasn't. They were disrespectful and unprofessional. The work was sloppy and when we would ask for it to get fixed. They stated they would fix it but it still was never corrected. . I was promised a "beautiful bathroom" multiple times and what I got was a mess that now I have to hire some else to finish up and this took almost 4 months (which it should not have taken)
