It is one huge room with 4 levels of play where they can climb to different levels, like in a jungle. Socks must be worn in the play areas. They cater to children of all ages. There are multiple slides, tunnels, a ball pit, obstacle courses, and a trampoline. At the back there is a soccer area. There are 4 small party rooms for food and cakes. They provide pizza for your parties. There is a snack area and large seating area with a TV (usually showing an aquarium scene). Entry prices range from $8 to $15 depending on age. There are 2 free adult entries per paying child. They have free WiFi. The washroom have little slippers for the children to wear (since they are in socks) but the adults don't have slippers.

I asked them for an exception, and I know it is an exception, I would have been more understanding if they were being reasonable, more logical, empathetic, and not rude. But, bad customer service sours the full scenario whether it was a yes or no. I told them you are losing business and their response was "actually we are not", clearly they do not care about my business - their policy is inconvenient and I am going to Playtopia next, amazing customer service and cheaper actually. I hope you keep getting business but better your customer service!

At the entrance you are greeted with staff to sign a waiver on the iPad. Then you have to "check-in" where you purchase your tokens and playground pass if you like. For kids they give them a bracelet and put a parent's phone number in case which is a huge plus! For tokens you can purchase them more inside instead of at the check-in counter. The claw machine tokens are separate though so you'll have to purchase them inside. Once you receive your boarding pass, you give them to the staff there who says "Enjoy your vacation" and go through a mini security. I didn't get many pics because we were honestly too excited and just in awe. After security you go up the escalators and you've entered vacation! It's honestly incredible inside from arcades, to restaurants, darts, VR, golf, baseball, and so many more! They even have a mini store there with snacks, drinks, etc! Just a lot of things. We will come back! It's just amazing here. Gotta take more pics as well this time around. My kids loved it so much. They spent hours at the playground and want to come back again the next day!

My husband and I are already thinking of hosting next year's bday for our kid. A little out of the way, but we haven't seen any facilities with this level of care and attention in Toronto. So many unique ideas on how to celebrate with kids here! The best part is that they do have a special section for the adults to hang out, so they thought of everything!

Bounce N Play on Marycroft is the best place in the GTA to have a kid's birthday party…read more We just celebrated my son's 5th birthday this past Saturday and everything was amazing. They were very relaxed about the whole process. I just put down my deposit and could take up until the week before the party to decide on a package. They let me customize my package for some very small fees (to get a bigger cake, add a mylar balloon, etc.) and were very flexible to enable me to accommodate what I wanted for my son's birthday. The place was clean and empty when we got there. It accommodated everyone in our party, which included a big family, lots of friends, and school chums and their parents, too. Lots of room for coats, loot bags, gifts, party supplies, etc. The staff was amazingly helpful, kept refreshments coming (because of the awesome Deluxe Bounce Package we got), helped serve the cake with the expertise of people who have done this a lot, and they didn't push us out the door when our time was up, as we were doing our best to get out on time! One of the best things about it was the fact that you get the whole place for your party, no sharing with strangers, and the location was amazing, with lots of free parking. The kids had a blast and I will forever go back there for any future birthday parties for my little monsters! Thank you, Bounce N Play! It was amazing!!!!!

Parking is fairly easy and the facility is accessible although some exhibits are not. Also, when we visited some of the exhibits were not functioning. The exhibits that were working were therapeutic for adults and fun for kids. The pictures accurately depict what you're going to see. IG photo stations are available for that perfect viral photo. There is something for everyone. For my infant daughter is lulled her into a deep sleep. For my son, it gave him lots of fun adventures and for the adults, I wish they has a spa that incorporated some of those elements (that's how relaxed I felt). I don't know how long the exhibit will be in the city; however, definitely worth a visit.

More for IG pictures and to take your date to. On the other half of the building are dinosaurs themed. Other than the expensive tickets for admission, everything else came with a price tag. #ServiceStarShoutout This review is not for the golf course but the golf instructor I had here,…read moreScott D. I was recently gifted some golf lessons as a bday gift a while back. By the way, if you book private lessons, he takes the same rate regardless if you're single or in a group. After a few lessons, the package discount rate kicks in. I've been on and off with golf learning, read a book, watched some Youtube videos and received some tips from who I play with and people around the course. However, nothing beats having some in-person lessons with a pro. This is my first set of official lessons. Scott is easy to follow and gave some advice that is hardly focused on online resources. He marked my golf glove to change my grip slightly. He also gave me tips on setting up, aiming and helped me make the fine adjustments in positioning based on my height and the golf clubs I use. The grip positioning tweak is different than what I'm used to! The key takeaway I have received so far is to keep my arms/grip loose. As soon as you tighten your swing, there is more tendency to lose distance/accuracy. What an insight! I can use less effort but swing farther! I've been using my arms too much even though I thought I wasn't. So I tell myself now, go one notch looser than I think I am. This kind of intuitiveness builds naturally at an early age, so start your kids young in golf! He told us on his bad day, he would score a 74. That's his BAD day. The only issue I have is with booking him on the golf course. It seems like the golf course still runs in an old-fashioned way of writing down names on a book. You think with the 21st century, booking and confirmations are all online. One time, we were supposed to get an hour lesson, but the golf course messed up and wrote us down for half an hour. Scott was nice and just wrote it off this one time. It's all online for booking a tee time so I don't understand why they don't do the same for the instructor. Scott told us golf is his job, but his primary passion is music and songwriting. So he does performance gigs on the side as well. As for the course, I haven't played here yet maybe one day. I've been told it's not great for beginners given the longer distance. There are over 5 holes that are over 300 yards from the red tees and mostly par 4 or 5.

wow.. I am so disappointed…read more Not just one bad experience but now TWO. First time I had ever been to this golf course the entire round a marshal was on our foursome asking us to hurry even though the group in front of us was still trying to clear the green. He came back almost every other hole and we tried to explain that there's a backup somewhere but it wasn't us and he was forcing us to hit into the group in front of us. At one point when he returned and yet again interrupted our golf, he asked us to just play best ball to get through the round. Let's just start with the fact that it wasn't us being slow, and on top of this you want me to play best ball after I paid an arm and a leg to be here? As we are trying to get through this round we ended up in a thunderstorm and once the alarms set off for us to evacuate the course, we started heading back immediately but the Marshall stopped us and asked us what we were doing. We had said that the alarms mean we need to go back to the clubhouse and he said we should just keep playing. Not only is this HIGHLY dangerous but extremely unprofessional and he obviously was not trained enough to understand what those sirens meant. We then were given rain checks for the day because we barely got through the course because of the back ups and the rain. The man at the clubhouse gave all four of us rain checks for 18 holes and 2 carts. We came back today to use them and somehow were forced to pay $130. While we explained to the head pro that we were given these to play an entire round for free because of our rain checks he was completely rude and did not want to listen to us and forced us to pay $130 even though that amount didnt make sense at all. Once we finished our round today, which we didn't even get an 18 in because we played twilight, we asked him if he reviewed what had happened earlier where he then told us he made a mistake, we should have gotten the round for free but now he couldn't refund us because it would refund the rain checks as well. So now we're forced to come back, where this situation will probably happen again, and quite honestly I don't want to go back. Golf should be enjoyable and while they continue to try and make the game approachable for youth golfers and novice golfers, this course is really not helping this case. I've golfed a lot around and outside the GTA and I was so extremely excited to play here when I could finally afford it and twice now I've had the worst experience. If you have an option to play here, spend your money elsewhere.
