Corners of the floors were dirty, baseboards, vents were left dirty, dust on light fixtures, and I could go on. After calling for them to come back, which they didn't charge me for the return, they returned promptly. However, I didn't see much difference the second time. They stated on the phone it was because we didn't tell them what they needed to clean. ...huh? We ended up paying for their services, but I am not exactly sure what I paid for and that couldn't be explained clearly to me. They did offer us a credit for the next cleaning, but unfortunately we will try someone else next time.

Bad customer service across the board- including quality of service one time would be great and…read moreother times would be not good at all. Misses in cleaning, multiple times I had to share pictures of bathrooms and tables not cleaned- to the point she has refunded before. She came recommended by a friend who when discussing the service we were receiving had very different experiences (always helped with sheets, put furniture back, etc). Even when asked I would get multiple communications as to the burden and additional cost. After explaining that 2/3 bathrooms and bedrooms were not needed to be cleaned I still recieved push back. Then today I asked the crew to hold off on vacuuming for 30 minutes while my husband had an interview and asked to hold until the end- I was met with "no, thats not how they do it, they were stalling (when the entire DS wasnt cleaned), an that they would now miss the chance to have lunch". Not good customer service, Edellia is not a professional in her communications and expects our family to adjust when needed, which we did. She got up half way through a job, not even, barely doing anything and said it as too stressful the ask to hold vacuuming to the last hour of cleaning. I already have a few other really positive teams as recco.
