Upon…read moremy boyfriend's hit and run accident leaving him on the receiving end of the ordeal, we have found ourselves here on a weekly basis for the last few months. Upon arriving you are greeted by the very kind and personable Sadie at the front desk, ensuring she gives every single client individual warmth and attention, even heard her referring to clients by name today! I look forward to our brief exchanges while I wait. Dr.Ryan is quick on his feet between clients, but once he's in the room with you his time is solely yours. His positive and upbeat attitude and ability to communicate and education through the session is reflective of his expertise and genuine care for healing! (Squeezed in one session myself and was alleviated of the stiff neck I was sporting that full day) Had the pleasure of meeting Jackie while she was covering an evening for Sadie, her attention to detail and desire to make you feel as at home and comfortable as possible does not go unnoticed. And finally today, after dozens of visits I had the opportunity to meet their licensed esthetician, Angela, who provided me a complimentary 15 minute scalp massage. After my lengthy obstacle-filled day, my mood took a total 180. I will be booking my first facial with her during my boyfriends next chiropractic appointment and I couldn't be more excited. Highly recommend receiving care at Deerfield Health & Wellness!!

I had been having my back get worse week by week. It was a combination of disc golf, yard work,…read moreand well, getting old I think. I had been trying cold treatment and warming pads myself. This and some of the stretches I've learned always made things better over time. But not this time. It started to go past what was a normal amount of pain after a weekend of disc golf where I had my heavy bag and I think I must have cheated bending with my knees. That weekend after, I woke with major pain. I remembered my neighbor had mentioned he had a Chiropractor he could vouch for, so I reached out. I had never been to or thought much of going to one, so you can imagine the pain i was in to make this step. My mobility was down to the point of barely being able to walk the dog. I arrived at a unassuming office in a spot not that classy off US1. I was determined to see the process through to the end though. After some paperwork and an extended period where I laid on a table and got a combination of a roller massage and electrotherapy, I was sent to Dr Brooks. A really nice doc, who explained everything well. He did 3 different moves, each of which took my breathe away. It wasn't an immediate magic fix. In fact the next morning I was worse. But I double down. I went again after work the next day. The process was almost all the same. But the next morning, I felt as good as I had in months. I'm a convert. It's not a guaranteed fix, but I'm glad that I found an office I trust.

However, I couldn't do it consistently because of the pain. I was referred to Dr. Adam Colavito, DC's office, b/c my regular chiropractor was out of town, and in my experience, many other chiropractors lack the touch.
