They had a sign out front that said value meal for $2.99 which includes 3 Krystals, French fries and a drink. I also ordered chili. Question, can you look at my picture and tell what is missing? Anyway, It was good and I enjoyed it. Now, they need to clean more often everything. This includes the bathrooms and especially the tables. I could not find a clean table in this restaurant. It seems they just want to sell food from the counter and forget about the cleaning tables. In summary, I will stop by again but for take out only. read more

This rating is solely based on the friendliness of the manager. He was one of the friendliest people I've ran across in a while, in life, and especially at Krystal's. When I come back it will be on his shift. My receipt says Karrie Jackson. So that may be him. The food was good and fresh. I'd recommend trying the pimento bites. More cheddar-y than pimento sour. I didn't like that employees congregate around the back of the building, looked like with some non-employees, smoking or whatever they were doing. I could see how that may make some people walking in or out uncomfortable, especially a woman. read more

On September 4th 20/20 at 8:51 p.m. me and my husband went into the Krystal's drive-thru on 6th Avenue in Decatur Alabama order 2 combos ordered a large drink with one of the combos it was incorrect so we took it to dump it out and this is what I found in My Cup I understand there is a virus going around and it's hard times but this is the most disgusting thing I have ever seen needless to say we will not be eating at Krystal's for a very long time we took it back up there and and what a good manager should have done was comped us for our meal instead he only gave me a refund for my soda I will be contacting corporate and letting them know what's taking place at this Krystal's because that top look like it had been stepped on and put in my cup on purpose and then we were interrogated like we were the ones that put it in there that is not very good customer service at all I'm highly disappointed read more

I got the 5 for $5 choice; 3 Krystal's with cheese, 1 spicy chik, 1 chili cheese pup along with an order of junkyard fries. I went inside and grabbed my order to-go, the lady on front counter wasn't particularly cheery but she wasn't rude. The place was outdated inside, as far as cleanliness I didn't hang around long or sit down to eat but from a glance it looked okay, could use some more attention but there was no visible junk lying around. There was some confusion on my order so the cashier asked me to repeat my order a couple times after I paid. I think they almost forgot my fries were junkyard fries? Whatever happened they fixed it before they gave the bag to me and I didn't have to wait too long. I got home, which was about 8min with the traffic and my food was still warm, which meant my food was fresh when it was placed in my bag. Very good! Fries were awesome with a nice spiciness to the jalapeño's, and a good amount of bacon and cheese. Burgers, chiks, and pups were good of course! Again, I appreciate how the cashier fixed whatever problems there were on my order before it reached me. I know people seem to either really like food from Krystals or they don't at all.. and I'm one of those that do like them. good job. read more

They simply don't care, especially around 10-12 PM. The last 2 times I've been they interrupted my order to tell me itd be a 30-45 minute wait. Don't go for late night because you probably won't get served. read more

It's bad for me. It's expensive for what you get but I can't help it, I love me some Krystals with cheese. Probably a throw back to my childhood when it was a treat to to Krystals in Eastlake with me grandparents. They had stools that spun and I think I associate Krystal burgers with that time with granny and pawpaw. read more

The meat wasn't cooked fully and the bread was soggy. The service was ok and the food was deliver fairly quickly. Wouldn't recommend!

Stopped by for lunch today. The burger meat was cooked but needed to be cooked a little bit longer. Went and asked if they could cook the meat a little longer and staff acted like it as a problem. Staff took the burgers I was returning and crumbled 2 of them in front of me and said see the meat is fine. Very disappointing, also buns were soggy. If this was the first time this happened I wouldn't leave a review but it seems every time we go to this location this happens. This is the first time I have asked for them to be cooked longer though. Will not go back to this location, the one on the Parkway cooks the meat longer and are customer friendly. read more

We waited for over close to 20 minutes from the time we placed our order until we got to the window. When we arrived at the window, we could see our food, 5 chiks, waiting in a bag by the register, we waited close to 5 minutes before the cashier even opened the window. Our total was $6.65. We gave him $20.65. He gave us back $13.90. When we brought the mistake to his attention he argued with us. When he did give us our food it was cold. Not room temperature, but cold. We called and asked for a manager and explained about the change and she asked if we got the correct change, when we said no she said "ok." When we told her about the food being cold she said "Ok, and." We looked up the corporate number for Krystal but the only number we could find simply gave us their business hours and an option for pay roll, nothing else. read more
