I am highly impressed by her ability to speak to me in a way that I needed depending on the moment, the conversation and my emotions. She truly listens and gives great advice in a gentle way (according to who you are). She has a true gift . She is very patient, honest, personable and caring. I have learned so much from her from knowing myself, knowing my grief, accepting my grief, ways to cope, and certain things that will help my marriage! I will say, a GREAT therapist does not just listen to you without feedback or homework for you to do. If you are serious about healing in many areas you MUST do the work to help yourself change or you won't go far. Dr. Lofton gave me some homework I.E writing different ways down to say "no" or watching a movie that was beneficial for me and coming back to discuss it with her. You have to do the work to see the change. Dr. Lofton, because of you I have been able to be more self aware of even the way I deliver messages to others, I have been more conscience of the way I need to protect my peace, the way I need to accept all my grieving stages and slow my life down to heal properly and so much more. I will say, my brother passed away unexpectedly and she was there as quickly as she could be to listen to me and to comfort me! Thank you for being one of the shinning stars in my life! You've made a huge impact to my life! I am sad I am leaving! I won't find another one like you!

I even received both a reminder text and email while sitting in the empty parking lot after trying to enter a locked door and calling only to reach voicemail. We never received a call, email nor text to cancel or reschedule; so my child missed school and I missed work for a provider to "ghost" the patient.

I am not depressed and don't suffer from any anxieties and my only problem was that I thought I was slowly turning into a cat because I slept a lot. Ms. Entando assured me that this would make me feel so much better so I thought I'd give it a go. After a few weeks with this medication, I developed anxiety and I was irritable all the time. I also couldn't go to sleep. I explained all of this to Ms. Entando during my second zoom meeting and she said all of that was normal and to start taking the medication at night? Wait what?? I told her, if I took the medication at night I would get zero sleep.. so she lowered the dosage. On my last meeting I told her the symptoms were the same and that I hated the way I felt. She said she was going prescribe me another antidepressant and an anxiety medication. Hold it right there! I told her I was NOT depressed so why was she prescribing me antidepressants? She seemed so annoyed and told me to stop all medication and find help elsewhere and discontinued the zoom session. I paid for a 40 minute session and she only spoke to me for less that 10 minutes and during that time, she had connection issues. Misper Entando didn't bother to ask questions and right away wanted to prescribe medication without asking for medical history or any questions whatsoever.
