At first…read moreeverything looked ok. when I arrived home and backed into my parking spot, the front end made terrible, loud noises, as the mud-flaps were catching on the tires when I turned and backed in. Whoever backed the vehicle in at St Clair Collision had to have heard that noise it was extremely loud. they had to know there was a problem. Even without that they're supposed to be professionals that who do this all the time and should've known even before they put them on that there might be a problem. But they let me it drive home after they backed it into their parking place and heard the noise. DISHONEST! When I took it back, all the manager would do is take the mud flaps off and give them back to me. NO REFUND!!! Not even an apology. I was called back later in the day and told they would give me $30 off of $220 detail. How can I trust them doing a detail on a vehicle when they not only did a bad install of the mud flaps they also let me drive off, without saying anything? to top it off weeks earlier, we let them do a $3000 job on another vehicle. when we picked the vehicle up, it smelled like BO/body odor. Now we wonder if that job was done right?

Robert texted me at 7:04 stating he could not get the job done because his plotter was offline no problem issues occur but I can only guess that he was just trying to buy more time to mess up my vehicle even more we agreed that the following day I would pick it up at 12:00pm he texted me at 11:00am asking if we could move the pick up time because he didn't like the rear window and was still tinting the front window I arrived at his shop at 1:30pm Robert told me I could come inside and wait if my ride had to leave upon entering the "shop" I was met with absolute disarray 3 cars including mine stuffed into a 2 car garage with my passenger side door resting on a table and drug paraphernalia even a pound of cannabis observed on the table I understand cannabis is legal but would you trust anyone intoxicated working on your vehicle? It's not professional after waiting roughly an hour and Robert trying to tint the windshield 2x he kept creasing just told me to come back on the weekend to have his friend do it I picked out some issues with the film in his shop where he addressed it and said it would lay down over time he also stated and admitted he is new to tinting and wasn't experienced this is a $100,000 vehicle not a car you experiment on I could not totally go over the car in his "shop" since it was so cramped and dark drove the vehicle home where I was astonished at the novice level of work dust in the film, unclean cuts, fingers where the tint did not adhere to the defroster lines the roof wrap was also not properly wrapped or tucked where you can see exposed paint upon realizing this i started going around the car to make sure nothing else was messed up I observed mud caked into the floor in my brand new car with copious amounts of white dog hair took me roughly 4 hours to get the carpets clean and dog hair removed , a scratch in the interior rear trim piece, roof bike mount clip broken, several towel marks/swirls or drag marks from dry wiping the car or dragging tint across the paint, and a dent on the passenger side door. I texted Robert stating I would be taking it somewhere else and would like my deposit back after not hearing from him the following morning I tried to call him where I was just sent to voice mail so I texted him again saying I would be seeking legal action not only for the $212.00 deposit but also all the damage he caused if he did not refund the $212.00 for the deposit he finally texted me back Friday with a b.s. excuse about dealing with "family issues" the response he sent was from chat gpt this kid doesn't even have enough brains to come up his own responses Robert takes no responsibility for his actions or his work and just makes excuses for his garbage work save yourself the headache and go absolutely anywhere else. Mr dexter takes no accountability for his actions and has no respect for anyone or their property
