The bathrooms were very dated but clean. The soap and towels were well stocked. The store itself offers a variety of the basics and, although a bit cluttered and disorganized, can be navigated in a timely manner. The check out area is packed with more tobacco products and lottery tickets I've ever seen - it looks like this is what draws the steady stream of local clientele. Adjacent to the check out was a fully stocked case of fried foods and sausage links. This seemed popular with the patrons in front of us in the line as three of four of them ordered food from there. In the back, there was a small restaurant buffet, but I hadn't seen anyone partake. The service was efficient and friendly.

There was enough space to navigate with our SUB while pulling a trailer, although carefully depending on how poorly the cars were parked in front of the store. There was a reasonable, but not overwhelming, assortment of snacks and drinks. There were several self-checkouts which meant no waiting in line once our selections were made. There was a subway that we didn't try and a Chester's that had great fried chicken and biscuits literally straight out of the oven. I'd stop again just for the potato wedges. Nothing was astonishingly amazing (except maybe the food from Chester's), but everything was very serviceable. The only negative was gas was quite a bit more than the travel stops ~15 miles in either direction.

More importantly, they were just as clean as the store itself. It has a taco bell adjacent to it and there is a little coffee area with two booths where you can sit for a bit. The staff was friendly and very attentive. We had to spend a couple of hours at this location due to an minor accident but the staff never harassed us and let us sit inside with absolutely no problem. They also had two tables outside to sit at outside but it was quite muggy that day in Tennessee.
