I started curbside pick up again today and my experience was great! To start, the app has been updated so you can now get updates on your order and select substitutions. I didn't select any substitutions and two of the items I wanted were not available when I went to pick them up. Typically, you are supposed to select a substitution within your window. I didn't get to do so but the gentleman that was helping me was kind enough to go to the floor and grab a couple substitutions for me to select from. That was really nice of him. I was worried I was going to have to go back in the store and shop and I was already short on time. Thank you to everyone on curbside for being so great! read more

There's a lot going on in this krogers. Starbucks, grocery shopping, cafe with couches, clothes and shoe department, a huge jewelry store, pharmacy, a meeting room used for book clubs and neighborhood group meetings, a gas station....did I miss anything? My favorite thing about this krogers, or any Kroger's for that matter, is the "manager special" isle. It's where all the dinged, smashed, dented or less than perfect items end up. As a family of 7, this isle saves me tons! I've gotten name brand items for as low as $.29, boxes of cereal for free (after using coupons), 60 count boxes of fruit snacks for $1.29 and 24 count trays of cupcakes made in the bakery for my sons birthday for $2.99. Just to throw out a few examples. Oh and Stormtrooper and TMNT masks that retail for $12 for $2.49 each! But that's not even the best of it. Once I bought a smashed box of Special K cereal for $.99. The box advertised a chance to win a FitBit AND a Surface PC. Do you see where this is going?!? I got home unpacked my groceries, and noted the said instant win on the front of the box. I giggled to myself and then, not even wanting the cereal at the time, I opened the packed. Right as rain, I see the winning ticket. I kid you not, I won BOTH items. And 5 weeks later they were in my hands. Oh- back to Kroger's. I love this location. The employees are super friendly, baggers are always helpful with smiles on their faces, and my kids get free cookies from the bakery department every time we go. Added bonus, bottle return area is always very clean and they have ample return bins, you never wait long to get your return slips. read more

I go to this Kroger a lot. The one in New Baltimore, where I live, sucks and I wish it would sink into a sinkhole or fall into Lake St. Clair somehow. This one has a Starbucks inside and a Citizen's Bank in it. Pretty standard now for most Kroger, the Bank and Coffee shop. I go in here to the Citizens a lot. The only gripe I have with this store is there is always some stuff that is out of stock. I guess its probably because its right in the middle of a nest of Macomb housewives and Macomb Milfs that buy up all the stuff for their rug rats and there's always some shortage of something I need. Chicken tenders, fries, and junk like that that people shouldn't be feeding their kids or eating. The stocking needs to improve here or something. Its a supermarket. I don't know what else you need to know about it. The workers at this store have always been very good. I love how friendly they are here. Its ok. I like the one at 23 Mile, there is a Super Kroger there, a Marketplace, and I like that one better read more

Much better and more efficient than the location that was across the street where the current Emagine theater is. Brand new staff and new layout that actually makes sense. It seems a lot bigger inside as well. The old one was extremely crowded most of the time so this one is much more convenient to go into and effectively shop it. The addition of a gas station as well is a nice touch. read more

I went to get gas today and the lady (older, heavier, with long hairs coming out of her chin) that works in the afternoons was there again. I have had multiple run in with her. She is very rude, a few examples: 1) prepaid $50 on pump 3, and it ends up being $35.11 and I give her 11c and ask for my $15 in change, instead she puts 11c on the pump and tells me to go pump 11c.... and refuses to give me my change until I pump 11c... 2) today I go to get gas, bring out my android app with my kroger bar code, and she refuses to take it. She says she can't accept that. I say its the same barcode that is on the card, she says no. So I go to the Krogers at 26 mile, where they happily take the barcode on the android app. 3) she always has the longest lines when I get there because she gives everyone a hard time or gets confused.... Kroger, please do something and hire someone with some sense.... read more

Love this Kroger. Start with a Starbucks at the door, then I head to the Murray's Cheese Shoppe and get a recommendation from Cheese Master. Always a great pick. I love Boar's Head meat, premium quality and you can definitely taste the difference. The store is always clean, usually stocked very well, and offers a larger selection than other stores in the area. I also love the Fred Meyer Jeweler inside! read more

This is a new grocery store, everything looks fresh and clean. The deli is run very well, no waiting in line forever. The produce area is very nice. The only thing that I have to complain about is the size of this store. It's so big! We use to have two smaller stores in the area and Kroger combined the two. That means they service all of the people from both stores! I wish it were smaller, and parking was less crazy. I miss my smaller less crazy Kroger. read more

The deli and meat counter are the worst possible place to buy meat.They are sooo slow and rude.

Great store with lots of variety! WAS my go to shopping outlet for groceries, Starbucks etc. The last few times I've been to this location I have received nothing but horrible service. Today, my first impression was of a woman named Cindy, a team member at this location, openly screaming at the boys pushing carts meanwhile there were customers all around looking at the scene in shock at this belligerent woman. After the incident, customers began to discuss it and one customer even walked out. The same employee, Cindy, was extremely rude to another customer just moments after the fact when the customer went to ask her a question she waved her hand in this customers face and said, matter of factly, "I'm on the phone!" And walked away from the customer, who subsequently left the store without purchasing anything. I have never in my life witnessed such a horrible attitude or such terrible customer service. I will not be visiting this location until the common denominator has changed (service). My personal vocation with this retailer was equally as awful but this review is plenty long. Hope that everyone else's experiences are better than mine but do not hold your breath! read more
