Does not enforce the "no pets" policy even with signs posted. I'm so tired of people bringing in their pets, specially chihuahuas, into the GROCERY store. I see it nearly every time I go into this store. My child has been nipped at once already by someone's unruly pet. AND I have witnessed someone bring their dog into the store, still in its crate, on a flatbed from the Home Depot next door. Yes, brought their dog into Kroger on a flatbed from Home Depot while still in its crate. I'm tired of seeing it. I'm tired of it not being enforced. No pets should be inside of a grocery store and if there are multiple signs then it needs to be enforced. read more

Our experience with curbside from the Jasper, GA Kroger location has always been top notch. The manager, Suzanne, in that department is always willing to offer any help as necessary. We are more than pleased with the deals & coupons offered each time we shop. Even gas incentives for shopping curbside on Fridays. As long as they continue to offer such an amazing service all around we will continue shopping here. read more

This review is in regards to the Pharmacy. We've now switched pharmacies because they continue to dispense medication for my son with an ingredient that he's allergic to. I've even had the doctor notate on the prescription, "please leave this ingredient out when mixing the medication, it's not necessary for the medication and the patient is allergic" - and without fail EVERY TIME when we pick it up, we're handed a medication that he's allergic to. I don't know if they're just neglectful, or don't care, or don't take allergies seriously, but my family has left Kroger Pharmacy & if you have any allergies I suggest you do the same. I'm very disappointed & I've never "called cooperate" before, but this is going to be the first case of that. Allergies are not something to just disregard for your own convenience. read more

First, Thank You Kroger for providing the electric buggies for handicap people. This is the only way I can shop. But unfortunately your buggies need some repairing. I was stranded by my buggy (showing full charge one minute then stopping and showing no charge). A very nice young man working there noticed my predicament and brought me a different cart. He even transferred my items for me. So I continued for about 10 minutes, then that buggy died on me. I was beyond aggravated. I could not continue my shopping. I headed for the registers which took me a long time to reach. Your store is very nice and big but I won't be back unless I can be assured the electric buggies are reliable. read more

This was the first time stepping into a Krogers store. I had to admit it was better than expected. The store was nicely organized, cleaned and I hey had pretty good deals on things I was already getting. I was able to download the app and take advantage of some of their digital coupons. The cashier was sweet enough to help me use the app, since it was my first time and I'd don't know how to find the account number. We will definitely use Krogers again while on vacay. read more

Probably the better grocery store in town. Has everything you need and more. Also, gas is cheaper than most places around town.

Love me some Krogers!!! I agree with Chip, though, Krogers ARE in Alabama (Huntsville area), I wish they were in the Birmingham area. This specific location was extra clean and easy to navigate. Employees were super friendly as well. I like that this is a one stop shop for all you need, including drive-thru pharmacy. Talk about convenience. They also have a gas station to use your rewards points - double savings! read more

I would like to not give 1 star. Click list wait was over 30 minutes for delivery. Over 12 common items were "out of stock" but that's not true. They just do not look. Last 3 click list I had to go in to retrieve common items left off. Substituted Diet Coke with Coke but a diabetic cannot drink this so..had to exchange in store. Mother's Day weekend only 1 worker who was obviously overwhelmed yelled at me in the store, was extremely angry and rude to the point that he sent me into shock. He asked me "Do you want your groceries lady Yes or No lady!? "Iam the only one working today! Do you want your groceries!? Yes or No? Move!" I had gone in to find out were my click list was and to tell him not to worry about the items out of stock. I would just go get them, no big deal. While he loaded my groceries, again, no big deal. My husband could receive the groceries because he was still patiently waiting in our vehicle. Then I was verbally assaulted with "F you" 3x. 1 was in the store, infront of cashiers, baggers, and lots of other shoppers who were in line to check out. I received 2x F Yous outside after my husband asked him if he thought he should apologize. He replied with a heartbreaking "NO" Manager did not fire him. He still works there. I am a Mother of 4 and grandmother to 6. To be abused in public is shocking and traumatic. This happened on "Mother's Day" weekend. I have been struggling with this event. I am very upset. We have shopped there for 20 years at the Jasper location. Spending more than $500 every 2 weeks plus gas purchases. Shopped at the Kroger in Buford Georgia before that since the day it opened. Plus the Kroger in Marietta. Life long customers. My entire family and friends will never shop at Kroger again because of Gross misconduct by their employee and lack of response from management. read more

Been coming here for almost a year now, 2-3 times a week. only place in town that never has pomegranate seeds without mold in the bottom of each container. First time I had ever brought something back was today, and Customer Service couldn't even look at item that was bad. Not sure what has happened but this crew has definitely gone down hill. The veggies and fruit are never 100% good here, only thing that keeps going up are the prices, so why not have better help? Makes no sense. I will start getting groceries somewhere else. read more

I bought 4 Kroger select bone-end porkchops on Sunday evening and opened them tonight (2 days after purchase). Mind you, this is Krogers premium brand so it was more expensive. When I tell you these pork chops were so foul smelling that they stunk up my entire house, i'm not even exadurating. My husband asked me what that smell was a couple of rooms away. They went straight in the trash! Waste of money. read more

the pharmacy is getting worse every year! today I went to get a vaccination, so picked up my prescription and let them know, I was there to get my shot. the register girl went and spoke to the pharmacist who has worked with me several times. He evidently said to say they are too busy to do this now, and I would have to come back later. I did request to get it now, I could wait a little, but didn't want to drive back home!(30 minute trip to town) to drive back again we are now at 3 trips to Kroger for 1 shot! nobody in line in front of me and 1 car in drive thru... WTF Kroger pharmacy, how about gas money and my time??? not to worry I am older, but still smart enough to go somewhere else! you just lost an 18 year customer, I will never be back for anything grocery or medication !!! read more

I'm starting to wish Kroger's were in Alabama! This store is pretty nice. We need to stop in and grab a few items on our trip to the cabin, and they had what we were looking for. Was there yesterday, Sunday, 8:30 in the morning. The place was packed. Business as usual. I saw NO precautions being taken at all. Patrons and employees alike just roaming around like nothing is happening. 1 or 2 people wore masks- besides me - and that was it. What is wrong with everyone? Poorly stocked, they frequently are out of items. They have major reconstruction yearly it seems, very annoying. Even their own brand items run out often. They discontinue popular items all the time. They rarely have enough cash registers open. To say they are short staffed is an understatement. This is either due to management or corporate mandates, I suspect the latter. Either way, I shop more now at other grocers- Wake up and smell the profits leaving your doorway! read more
