I happen to come here for a business networking event. They have a space in the back of the store you can rent out for various purposes. They have a variety of things for purchase, but I was most happy to see they have a fresh produce section. My son bought a few goodies to support this business. I'll definitely make it a priority to stop by if I'm ever on this side of town again. It is wheelchair accessible. You have the option to invest into the store and receive some cool incentives. But after this last experience, we will NOT be shopping at Aldi again. Do NOT use curbside pickup at this location. The process simply does not work. The first time, a few items were missing. No big deal -- mistakes happen. The second time, I was missing 18 different items. The worst part? There is no way to call the store directly to see if your missing bags were left behind. You're just stuck. This third time was an absolute disaster. I was in a rush and ordered everything needed for dinner and breakfast the next morning -- but the main ingredients never made it into my order. About eight items were missing. When you call the customer service number, they act like they're doing you a favor by refunding the items you never received. The second time this happened, they gave me a $10 gift card, but I still had to drive back and forth to the store three times. My time and gas meant nothing. This time they offered a $20 gift card... but again, I still had to leave the house and go to another store just to get what I needed for dinner. Total waste of time. Aldi does not label their curbside bags, so there are no checks or balances. Their own customer service rep even admitted they don't have anyone to answer the store phones because they are "saving money." If you can't even take a phone call, how do you expect to take care of customers? If Aldi doesn't start supporting its customers, they will end up like every other retailer that cut corners and disappeared.
