I only buy cheap wine and canned goods here, everything else I feel like I'm taking a risk on. They usually have an entire cooler full of "just about to expire" lunch meat that has become a fixture in the store. Other locals in the area always joke about the nearly expired lunch meat deals they are always running when the word 'Fresh' is in the name. The cashier's are hit and miss. There are a few that are very pleasant and helpful, but most of the kids working here are just waiting for the opportunity to drop a gallon of milk on your loaf of bread. Also, on numerous occasions I have seen management berate their employees in the middle of the aisles in front of customers, very unprofessional. I usually end up shopping here because either I'm too tired to go anywhere else or I'm afraid I'll end up at Meijer and drift out of the food side and into the merchandise and come home with new board games, pillow cases, a kleenex box holder, a kitten calendar, and no food.

Some difficulty at first finding where everything was, but lots of people to help. I ESPECIALLY LIKE THEIR CUSTOM CAKES that you can order and have in a couple of days! They are absolutely delicious and offer different fillings, different frostings (not just the sugary ones, but whipped, cream cheese and buttercream), and raspberry/cream/lemon layers of cream inside. Their decorating team is so talented and so responsive!! Each month I order a cake I ask them for some kind of decorative add... and they deliver in full force. The main reason I stopped in was because I heard they were carrying Kole's Flint Style Coney Sauce, and as a big fan of Flint-style coneys, I had to check it out. Not only did they have it, but I ended up picking up some other groceries too because everything looked so fresh and well-stocked. I have to say, it feels like Hollywood Market must have some of the best training around -- every single staff member I've interacted with has been super friendly and helpful, and that was absolutely true at this location as well. It's rare these days to find a grocery store where customer service is consistently this good. This is definitely a great spot, and I'll absolutely be coming back -- especially for that Flint Style Coney sauce!

He told me that they don't have a press for them but would get one. Between each patty was a sheet a paper to avoid the patties sticking together. When I picked up my order, everything was packaged as I had instructed. The BBQ luncheon was a huge success! Employees kept asking where did I get the meat from and my boss (who is a world traveler) told me they were the best tasting burgers he had ever had. He even texted later that day to say how impressed he was with the burgers. Needless to say, Hollywood Market will definitely be getting our business again for our company BBQs. I especially like being able to adjust them on my iphone for background noise. The audiologist was super with the testing and spent nearly an hour instructing when I picked them up. Over the years i've been back for adjustments and cleaning and very well treated. I can't see why anyone would go to another place for quality and service.
