Many a late evening stopping there to enjoy fresh cooked latin food from 24-Seven Tacos, also located onsite, as a healthier option than local fast food; these moments are when I really get to experience great customer service. The Jacksons, a husband, and wife team masterfully manage Paul's from dinner, till the start of breakfast; even those long hours, don't keep them from greeting each patron as family, while keeping the quality of service elevated. Compared to other like businesses I find Paul's to be very well stocked. You can find everything from household, and personal. Items, to your favorite snacks, and drinks, and for the adventurous they even have slot machines. She just literally yelled at me and told me I would have to go and do it myself because it was nothing they could do about it because it was already pumped by someone else, which was a total lie..,,., The lady hadn't even started pumping her gas yet, but was polite enough to come back in the store and pay for my gas....when I returned in the store, I let the cashier know that this person has not even pump my gas yet but I still got yelled at; cashier telling me that's not my problem It's your fault. SMH; all I can say is times have changed because when I was growing up and getting my first jobs as cashiers, we were told that the customer is always right, especially if it's something that we can fix and it could've easily been fixed by her going out telling that customer not to pump their gas since they had not already started pumping, and she lied and said that they had pumped it already.
