Informed them of a clunking sound in my front end. They did the alignment which was once again immediately off. And their solution to my clunking sound was a bunch of grease. I told my buddy the very next day about the noise. He had me jack up the truck to feel the tightness of the wheel. Turns out the ball joint was so bad the wheel was literally almost falling off. This was less than 24 hours after Gateway greased it! Take it in again for an alignment after fixing the ball joint. And they call me saying they can't fix it as my trucks been in an accident "it has not". After arguing the fact that I've had the truck since mile 1 and there's not ever been an accident. That finally agree they might not know what they're talking about and asked me to take it somewhere to have that fixed and then I bring it back to get the alignment done. I have the problem fixed, took the truck back in for the alignment "which was yesterday". Once again sitting there waiting for several hours. Only to leave there and it driving like this.
