Very smart attitude does not like her job at all. Does not like working customer service. It's not customer friendly answer the phone with an attitude before I even get to say anything. I'm Transferring my medication somewhere else and I don't recommend anyone to deal with this pharmacy. I have been having problems with this pharmacy ever since I've been going always messing up my prescriptions filling them on the wrong date or not having the prescriptions I need there to feel and being very rude about it totally unacceptable and some people need to have discipline on the job but no one in there has any discipline because when I called to let someone know the actions of this lady it's played off as if everyone attitude is the same in there and it's fine to treat people that way so I would not recommend anyone to go there unless you want to be treated like crap. My best friend was in from Denver and we wanted to get some Northwest Vikings shirts to sport around in, because we're all cool like that. The clerks were friendly, but it took a long time to get thru the checkout with 3 people in front of me. Just very slow. Thankfully, they always have my chapstick blue SPF 15, which I use 24-7. Unfortunately... ;) they also had 1 lb bags of peanut butter M&M's right next to my eyeballs while I was waiting to pay for my chapstick. I just HAAAAADD to have those! It's funny that you never see Slim-fast shakes by the registers.

Unfortunately the customer had not updated his insurance information, had not checked to see if he had any prescriptions left that had refills left, and some other issues that needed to be taken care of. The pharmacy assistant was at a total loss. She had to keep asking the other assistant what to do, so in essence it was a very long wait. There was one assistant at the window who was just staring out the window with nothing to do. I saw what I was up against, and politely asked the window assistant could she help check me out since it was a simple pick up. I also explained my son was waiting for me in the car. If you're elderly and don't drive like myself getting help is tough. Her response was she had to take care of something else first. There were no cars in the drive thru. She was just standing there. Finally after struggling with the customer ahead of me, the pharmacy assistant doesn't greet me, rolls her eyes at me, and I guess annoyed because I had the audacity to ask for assistance from the window assistant. She rang up my prescription, never asked for my verification of my address, just said to put in my phone number, never said have a nice day nothing. I got my prescription and left. I decided to report this incident to the manager of the store over the phone. It was a disaster. He tried to basically tell me I must have been at the wrong store. He didn't take anything I said to heart. He's only been the manager for a couple of weeks, and didn't even know the address to the store. He was trying to gaslight a customer, who has been going to this location for years. You can do way better at another location.

"Hello, do I get my photos here or continue to wait in front of the kiosk?" Cashier: did not even acknowledge me, "keep waiting where you were" Waited 15 more minutes. After 35 minutes I got my three pictures. Cashier seemed very polite, attentive and talkative with other customers but he was definitely not with me. Rude and unprofessional.

I knew that Andy's Pharmacy used to carry doTerra oils, so I called to find out if they had the one I needed. The pharmacist was very friendly and named off what they had in the roller ball bottles. I couldn't remember the name of the oil mixture that is amazing for headaches until he said it, Past Tense. I drove right down there and bought a bottle, rubbed it on the back of my neck and my headache is 75% better now. It was only $27 for the bottle, which is not much over cost. I know because I used to sell it. I can't say that the pharmacy was very knowledgeable about the oils and their uses, because I didn't really ask. I know myself. It's a small pharmacy, very clean and organized. The people are friendly. It's located on the corner of Riverside and Kraft, so it's a bit of a challenge to get in and out, but I don't know of anywhere else to buy doTerra unless it's through a personal independent dealer.
