I have called CVS customer service and the executive pharmacist. Steven returned my call and said they were going to escalate it. I will be without medication starting tomorrow. I will no longer use this Pharmacy. I will find a mom and Pop local pharmacy and start using them for my medication. When a pharmacist tells you that policy supersedes law, there is a legal issue. Whether it's drive through or going inside, sometimes I am able to get my prescription and get out of there, other times I'm waiting for a long time. Last month we hadn't received a prescription we were expecting by mail that never showed up due to an error in ordering and our regular pharmacy didn't have it so I called to see if they had it in stock. They did but my wife had been independently checking around and had it already filled at a different Henry Ford Pharmacy. When I called back here to tell them thanks but we already found it, they were very pleasant about it and said they were happy we got it.

She then huffed and puffed and continued to give me attitude. Then blurted that the reason the other woman wasn't standing is because she couldn't walk. I was waiting in that line for 10 mins after the first time so mine was patiently waiting and did not blurt out loud that my order was finished. She broke my heart and it sank. She did that purposefully to make me feel poorly. I told her she did not have to make me feel bad about the situation and she continued to press with attitude that it was not her intention and apologized to the person behind me like I wasn't even human. Disgusting behavior. As I walked out I told her she did definitely intend to make me feel poorly. I will never step foot in a store in this area again. Don't come here, it is not worth your time. I called again today-went into the hell hole of a recording loop-could not even leave a message. So I called back, inputed "General" and got a store clerk. Told her what happened, she said she couldn't help me and I would have to go back into the "system". I told her I wanted the Manager-I could tell she was upset-so she put me right back into the nightmare recording. They are terrible and just lost another customer - AGAIN.....

I had called around 1 to confirm that they had my prescription and it was correct (I've been given the wrong prescription many times, it's a whole "thing"). As I make my way to the pharmacy, I notice that it's unusually dark, but I can see and hear people talking behind a metal gate. No one acknowledges my presence. I look around, confused. Someone else comes up behind me, asking what the deal is. We both try to get someone's attention, nothing. While scanning the desk by the register, we see a small sign that says they are closed from 1:30-2 for lunch. I'm glad they are giving their pharmacists a lunch break. I'm annoyed that this isn't conveyed to the customers. Technically, there was still 15 minutes until this break, but no one would acknowledge the now crowd that was gathered to pick up prescriptions. We literally sat there for 30 minutes because who the heck wants to leave, and then have to come back to CVS? No one. The answer is no one.
