The spa definitely needs a makeover. The tech, Phyllis, not only is a nail tech but has a background in podiatry. She is such a sweetie! The LifeTime staff, are very kind, informative and helpful. I hear them call members by name, they stop and chat with you. The instructors actually speak with you when you are new to a class or an event. You can ask questions and talk to them about anything. So far, since this is new I've taken the Arora yoga classes and the instructors are FABULOUS! There are classes for all physical capabilities with zero judgement on what you can or can't do. So far, the facilities used have been clean, in working order and good to go. There is plenty of parking for handicapped, motorcycles and other vehicles in both sides of the building. There is a small cafeteria with a nice selection of beverages, food, snacks and workout clothes. It is immaculately kept. I am not a fan of dressing and undressing in front of all, but that's the way it is. Not a fan. There is shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the showers. The sinks have feminine products, mouthwash, soap, lotion, shaving cream, deodorant, hair spray and hair dryers. If clients would stop taking products, there would be more than one like today. There is a eucalyptus steam room in the lockers, that was an experience, so good. There is a sauna, whirlpool, cold plunge, lap pool, indoor and outdoor pool. This place is family friendly. If you have children, look into their camps and facilities. The staff was very interactive and patient with the little lifers. You must try the hydro massage chair, there should be 5! It's wonderful, oh my goodness. All in all there is something for everyone at the one stop. Like a beautiful diamond, my favorite, it is multifaceted with staff, things to do, a place to eat, pampering services galore etc etc. loving it

I agreed and after a couple months I went to cancel my membership and the person at the front desk tells me that I have to stay for a minimum one year under the basic membership which was not explained to me when I made the switch. I had to pay nearly $100 to pay the remaining months, and to cancel. These gyms are so sneaky and will try to squeeze every penny out of you. Also reasons some of these reviews the exact same scenario is being described by others so it's definitely not an accident they "forget" to tell you about the 1 year requirement.

The gym is really nice! I learned they recently expanded. On top of the really nice shiny new equipment and clean work space, Nicole did a really great job supervising and scaling the WOD for my mom. It really showed her that she doesn't need to start off with a 300# deadlift just because it's CF. The workout is safe and accessible for all skills levels and walks of life. Even better than Lifetime Fitness. The level of support, accessibility, cleanliness, equipment, hours of operation, atmosphere and environment (I could go on and on) is extremely superb. I have lost over 100 lbs in the past year and I definitely attribute that to this gym and its facilities. I recommend to everyone I know, I've added my own family members and plan to add more when they move here, and I am so pleased with Matt and his team of trainers. Matt's professionalism yet welcoming manner really sets the tone for the whole gym. It is definetely a "get it done" vibe - you probably won't be chatting with everyone else working out. They have TV's around the screen that displayed other people's heart rate/calories burned. I'm not sure how you get your info on there but it was a cool touch. The gym is bigger than you'd think. They have a whole section with cardio, a section with weights/machines, a cafe, a larger misc. area that had random machines and cycling bikes, a clear room with large mirrors (great for yoga) and a separate room that had CrossFit equipment. They have multiple packages to choose from and they aren't too expensive considering all that you get. They have a women's only room, a cinema with cardio equipment, personal training, plenty of classes, a bar for protein shakes (not really good IMO) and a kids zone. The locker room is always clean. I'm a 5:00am gym freak so it's the same 15-30 people in there with me everyday but this place gets PACKED after work...especially now since it's New Years Resolution time. You have to wear a mask and some of the cardio equipment is closed off for social distancing.

I would have never signed a year contract and never in my life had a gym put me in a year contract. Also, you are paying 2 annual memberships a year. They have the second annual fee being charged the month before the end of my contract. They will not do anything to try to waive the second annual fee even if you are non renewing.
