I contacted Ms. Ramos because I was interested in selling my primary residence and using the proceeds to purchase another home in the city of Victorville. Ms. Ramos was able to secure a great deal with the property that I wanted to purchase. My house was in the market for no more than 30 days and it sold for full asking price. We were able to close escrow on both homes the same day and got my keys and moved in right away. Ms. Ramos was kind, caring, understanding, empathetic, sympathetic, honest, trustworthy and had outstanding listening, communication, people skills, and problem solving skills. I aspire to become and Agent like Ms. Ramos and work with her/for her in the near future. Thank you, Carmin! For your hard work and dedication in helping me sell my home and purchase another home in the high desert. 10 out of 10 star

She found a buyer who was looking to purchase a property free and clear but would fall short of the cash needed after the sale of his house. She suggested that I carry the balance due as a short term loan to the buyer to which I agreed. Carmin also listed the buyer's house and was able to get it sold in a respectable time. Glad it was a win-win for both the buyer and myself.

Immediately after she contacted Adult Protective Services to report me for Elderly Abuse of my Mother. This type of retaliation is called malicious prosecution and is very illegal. Adult protective services went to my mother's house and my mother told them that it was a complete lie and then called Nancy herself to ask her why she made up this malicious lie. This type of lie is defamatory and slander. We decided not to prosecute Nancy because i believed she have had a lapse of judgment; however, we now believe she is continuing to spread this lie, defamation and slander to other agencies. No agent should be this malicious towards a client. We notified her broker about the incident, but we are still continuing to have problems with this agent Nancy Ramirez. This is unbecoming of the moral conduct of a agent who holds a realtors license, and she should be disciplined. How could a agency allow a person of this moral character to continue working here months later? I would strongly caution using this agency.

I can't emphasize enough that she cares and truly is incredible at what she does for you. She has done the impossible for me and my family when I inherited my parents packed property located 2-3 hours away from me. Kate took all of the stress, tension, worry, and overwhelmed sickness and not only did a phenomenal job at clearing it all out, but she succeeded in sale earnings at an astounding level in record time. The most incredible things she has given me is my time and sanity back that I would have lost doing it all on my own. I am in utter shock and disbelief at what she was able to accomplish. She knows exactly what to do with whatever condition the home is in and my parents home was absolutely filled to the brim with stuff. It would have literally taken me a minimum 1.5-2 years while I juggle a full time job and father 2 young kids to go out there when possible and sort and get rid of all of it. The home was honestly so emotional and hard to navigate on my own and so when I handed it off to Kate, she sorted everything, staged everything, appraised everything, marketed everything and sold everything in 1 WEEK. She worked until 2-3am sometimes getting it done when some of her team was sick and couldn't help. She pushes herself hard and I truly believe this is her calling to serve others and those going through enough in grief. I am so glad to of found her and trust her with everything because you will NOT be disappointed. She is a passionate hard working business owner and she cares so much for even those who don't reciprocate it back. I love that I have made a friend forever through this and I absolutely cannot recommend her enough for anyone needing a property and estate taken care of. Not only is she fast and efficient, but she makes you as much money as possible and she doesn't charge any extra flat rates no matter how impacted the home is with stuff. 35% of all proceeds is just a steal. Contact me if you ever have any questions or doubts about using her business. I am happy to answer any questions as a VERY happy customer. I would refer her to everyone. 6 stars given if I could. I wanted to share a very personal story with all of you. In case your wondering who to call or…read moretrust when it comes to buying or selling a home, or just wondering who your real friends are. First I'll start by saying this man is the best for all three. I met his mother in law Linda Lee Nicholas Ohagan when I was just 16 years old and I've just loved her ever since! In the last couple years I've gotten to know Niki Price Kessler his wife because when my sweet friend Linda got in an accident Niki kept everyone updated and I instantly added her as a friend. After that I realized her husband was a realtor and I began bugging him with my questions. My mother in law at the time was looking into buying a home for us to live in. It was still kind of up in the air as to when and our tentative plans were for months out. Still he dealt with my anticipation and answered every question I had. Fast forward about a year and we hadn't bought a home yet. You see my grandma got to the end of her life and passed away so our worlds were turned upside down. I again reached out to Eric Kessler because it was a possibility that my Mom would have to sell her home. Soon after Eric went to see my mom and that is when we all knew the Kessler's were people that we not only trusted to do business with but we wanted them as friends as well. My mom very well may have jumped the gun and sold her home out of fear and heartache, but Eric with his kind heart and exceptional integrity gave my mom advice and in the end he didn't make a penny off of us but he stopped my mom from doing something she might have regretted. He could have sold her home and gone on a vacation or gotten a new car whatever it was he might have wanted or needed but instead he was a Man who trusted in the lord to provide and he was a friend to my family I'm our time of grief. The outcome of all of this is that My moms house is full of love, laughter and family again. We all gather around the table every night for dinner and there's life again. I just know my grandma Doris Jacobs is there in the midst every time! And Eric I know if she were here today she'd love you and your family! We're so happy we got to share our wedding with you! We look forward to seeing you again and I promise as long as you're in real estate you're our guy! Moral of the story if you want a realtor with FIVE STARS THIS GUY HAS TEN!
