They will NOT issue violations with all of this proof (think there's been ONE in FIVE months of living in complete HELL!) you can offer to move, but they will tell you they don't want that because they would only have the SAME issues... so guess what?!? YOU get to deal with it! Unless you can afford a lawyer to get out of HELL... OR you love all these things... DO NOT move here! They will run into "snags" l, they won't have enough "proof" to help you. They will tell you they are working on it. They will say it could be a sub flooring LMAOOOO!! Are you joking?!? These kids jump off whatever they can, making pictures fall off your walls... but it MIGHT be sub flooring. If you have to work from home... Please DO NOT move here! If you want to enjoy living...DO NOT move here!! I will NEVER rent from a Berkshire Hathaway property EVER again! I will say Brad, Chris, and Gary in the maintenance department are GREAT! Every time the office staff sent maintenance, they would came and they could not figure out what was wrong. I then asked both office staff several times to call the vendor to get them out and see what was going on with the garage and they never did. On July 25th the cords on the side snapped and Christian told me he would be requesting vendors to come out the next day as it was an emergency to get it fixed, Friday July 26th. We were moving the next day and left things in the garage trusting that Christian would call the vendors and have the garage fixed. Over a week later we came back to get the remaining things that we left in the garage and everything was stolen with the garage still broken and opened! When I asked him what happened he looks shocked and confused. The vendor was never called, He instead put in a maintenance report and tried to have maintenance fix the garage door. After maintenance could not fix it he still did not call the vendor. The garage door was left open for over a week because Christian did not communicate. If he would've simply communicated we would not have thousands of dollars worth of things stolen, including a toolbox and tools. That was the biggest problem that I'm still having to try to fix but the list of issues with this place continues!! These apartments are falling apart (floor boards coming up and bugs come in from every crack in the floors and walls), you will have bugs everywhere, the office staff never answer the phone, and you have to call them to get pest control out to deal with all the bugs that you will have. RUN!!!

So I haven't needed their services because I was in the hospital and rehab. And I received visits from Stacey and Collette. Then if I need items they retrieve them for me. When I return home I will probably need more 'advanced' services. And it will return to Heaven at Home to get them.

We brought her home that weekend and the loving and caring staff not only got her comfortable but more importantly, she had a series of falls the last few months before this hospital visit, so she had not walked for almost 8 months. She was started on some muscle strengthening exercises, given some tender love and care, and not only did she make it through the weekend, but she walked about a month later for the first time in a long time, and lived almost 7 months after receiving such initial devastating news.
