I couldn't have been more pleased when I received my gown. It was flawless! It was custom made, so I was under the impression that I would need NO alterations and that wasn't the case. It needed to be taken in at the waist a little and it is possible that I lost around 5 pounds so I guess I can't blame them for that?! But otherwise, it's the only way to go.

Robert, the owner, gave me a price and a date of completion. Both were observed, which I appreciated. The rugs look great. Also, I gave him a scrap from a Serapi-type that was damaged and he oversaw its transformation into a beautiful piece for my foyer. From my years of experience as a customer for this type of rug, I find him to be very knowledgeable and reliable. I should mention that I posted an earlier favorable review, before the Serapi, and it has been removed. Perhaps I should state affirmatively that I have no relationship to this shop and no one has ever asked me to post. I told the owner after the fact and urged him to respond to the negative review I saw posted here. Likewise, I told him today I planned to post again.
