I had a fairly large order to complete with suits, dresses, and a few alterations. Not only did Sparkle Cleaners do a better job of cleaning my pieces, but they were less expensive! The alterations were done perfectly! They even went above and beyond by calling me to let me know that the particular snap that I needed to repair a shirt would look different because the maker uses their own brand. They definitely exceeded my expectations and I will be using them for now on.

I needed to have my favorite Pendleton blanket cleaned and was so nervous to take it to any cleaners, but it had to be done, so I crossed my fingers and left it with Sparkle. With only a two day turn-around, I wasn't really sure what to expect, but was thrilled when I picked up the blanket. It was wrapped in a moth bag for safe keeping and I was given excellent instructions on caring for this work of art. I took a couple of other Pendletons to them and had the same result. I was so pleased, I convinced my mother to send her stack of Pendletons to me for me to have them cleaned at Sparkle since they don't have a cleaners they trust in their little town. There are now two houses full of clean, well cared for Pendletons thanks to Sparkle. This is the only cleaners I'll go to now! This business ruined my coat! I am so disgusted that I even…read morepatronized this business at all. Whenever I drop off my clothing I always say "dry clean only". I brought my favorite wool coat in so it could be ready for me to wear in coming winter. I picked it up and brought it home. I didn't notice until I was taking it out of the plastic that it was in horrible condition. Not the condition that I brought it to them in. The coat looks like they took it out back and beat it against a rock then drug it through gravel and then hung it on a hanger and covered it in plastic to be picked up by me. When I inquired as to what happened to my coat, they said they wet cleaned it!!! The coat looks so ratty now. You can't launder a wool coat!!! My coat is destroyed. There are all kinds of pulls and snags that were not there before. All they offered was the refund for the cleaning. My husband even went and talked to the owner who ended up saying that the epa has changed rules on dry cleaning and they can't dry clean the way they used to. If that is the case, it was his responsibility to alert the customer that things are different and depending on the material, the clothing may be damaged or at the least, it may alter the texture of the fabric. He nor his staff alerted me that his cleaning procedures had changed or I would not have left my item to be wet cleaned. I brought my coat there to be dry cleaned and not laundered! I will include before and after photos of my beautiful coat that was destroyed. In talking with the owner he was unapologetic and was basically like, I gave you your money back so what are you complaining about and refused to compensate me for my destroyed coat. I think this matter will be best settled in small claims court. I will start with a complaint to the better business bureau first and if it can't be resolved through them then I will take him to court.

I brought more than enough hangers to hang all shirts like i requested, when i picked up my stuff…read morethey were not on my hangers but yours and 2 shirts were not even hung, I started doing that because the first time i had my stuff done there, they had left my stuff in the washing machine too long and all my non wrinkle shirts were so wrinkled after drying i have a couple that still have winkles. I buy only non wrinkle shirts. there has not been an issue until today, the guy did go back and find my hangers and we swapped them. but i had my hangers in the bag with the top of the hangars sticking out of the top and the guy was going to weigh my clothes with the hangars still in the bag until i said something and he pulled them out before weighing but then lost the hangars. I am here working clean up from the Ice storm, i work 7 days a week 12 to 14 hours a day and dont have time to iron shirts is why i request it and bring my hangars. the people you have working there are very friendly and helpful so that is not a problem, they actually should not weigh the clothes in the bag because they arent washing the bag but definitly not the hangars, I should not have to tell them stuff like that it should be common sense. Your people are really good but you need to train them on things like this. Overall I am pleased with your service and will recommend to my other workers but you need to look into some of these things'

Did Not have enough seats for the bridal party, was not personable at all did not care to get to know the bride or bridal party, they were rude and rushed did not even ask what the bride wanted just started throwing her in dresses with no context. little to no engagement from employee during try ons, did not even know the consultants name Because she barely spoke to us. We didn't even stay the full 90 minutes left after 30 minutes because it was just so awful!!
