Krispy Kreme is the crème de la crème and the doughnut world. They make their donuts fresh daily. They have a great rewards program. They have a cute sitting area for you to enjoy your sweet treats while you're there their service is always A1. My favorite time to go is for Valentine's Day when they have the little cute valentines donuts, but they always have some type of themed donuts, which makes it good and fun for every age. read more

The interior looked nice and clean, but the experience could have been better. The service wasn't great I was skipped while staff continued serving the drive-thru and customers behind me. I also had an issue with the bathroom since it requires a key, and the key barely worked. Because of the service, I ended up not ordering anything. So I went in today to get a regular assorted dozen like I normally do, I typically go to the one in Ontario near the mall. It's more convenient since it's open 24Hrs and after work I can just stop on by and get my regular coffee and doughnut. Today at this particular location the doughnut shop made my stomach hurt and I felt nauseous, got the cold sweats and was dizzy. I'm honestly not sure if the dough was bad or the filling was no good but it made me so sick. I even went to urgent care to get checked out. The doughnuts did look presentable and smelled good. We were in the neighborhood and I had an urge for donuts. What better place to swing by than Krispy Kreme. We went through drive-thru and got 3 pack of original glazed. At first, I thought we got a discount for getting the 3 pack, but it came out to be the same price regardless if I said 3 original glazed versus 3 pack of original glazed. $1.89 per donut and $5.67 for 3 pack. Subliminal messaging... they want us to spend more money and get the 3 pack versus a single donut LOL. Like I said before, Krispy Kreme donut glaze is on the sweeter side, but their donut itself is very soft and melts in your mouth. For $1.89, their donut could be a tad bigger though. Anyway, they still don't beat Upland Donuts LOL. Staff was okay... not too smiley though. I asked for 3 cups of water and they cordially comply. What an amazing experience we've been a Krispy Kreme before, but after leaving Vegas and having to charge our Tesla, we decided to walk over. So, I've been having a bit of an off day but things turned around for the better when I entered Krispy Kreme today. Monique (I believe that's her name) was extremely friendly. She greeted me as soon as I entered the store. She helped the customer ahead of me and then was eager to help me. While she put her gloves on she asked me and the customer behind me if we wanted a sample of the original glazed donut. The store started getting crowded and she mentioned there's a special going on for graduation. I even saw a young man with his cap on. #GraduationSeason Monique's entire demeanor was so pleasant. After she rang up my order and I paid with my Krispy Kreme rewards account, she said for me to have an amazing day, and I could tell she meant it. Her sincerity and positivity was what I needed today. I'm glad that customer service is still a priority to some companies. Buying a product from a company is more than just a transaction, it's about building a relationship, however short or long, with the customer and the company. I finally saw the hot light on last night! We were super excited to finally see the light on and when we walked in we saw they had a variety of donuts still available. This particular experience was so much better than any other visit. 1) they actually had donuts 2) hot light! 3) the girl working the cashier/inside was delightful! She was really kind and courteous. I think Las Vegas' hot light times ruined it for other locations though. In Las Vegas, we went in during a hot light hour they gave us free hot donuts and the dozen glazed donuts we received were actually hot. I wish it were the same here! Went in for Halloween donuts 08/20/24 at 0800 to Boo my friends and they only had two out of the four Halloween donuts. The lady said they had them in the morning but sold out. Yes, the donuts are sweet pillows of deliciousness. However, I cannot reward them a higher rating due to their snail like service. There were only 2 other customers in line ahead of me and I still stood in line for about 10 minutes. There is no sense of urgency here. When my turn finally came, the young girl with the red eyeshadow, completely ignored me, got herself some coffee and left. Like um ok? I know you saw me standing in line. Rude! The older lady who helped me was nice, but again moved super slow. By the time I paid for my donuts and milk, I was just exasperated and wanted to gtfo already. Today they had the hot light on, lines were long as expected, but they ran out of regular glazed. They offered mini donuts instead. They were freezing cold as if they had been refrigerated.
