I had to ask for the supervisor to be there for them to actually do a decent job and when they were there they broke a 53 year old ceramic music box, tried to hide it and then when I contacted them on a Saturday- they said they don't work Saturdays. Did they ever respond on Sunday? No. Did they ever apologize? No. Did they try to pay for the damage ? No. They just ghosted me. They broke my daughter's shower door- pulling it off the hinges. They also broke an old oil lamp dating back to the 1800's.
