He is very patient and takes the time to truly listen to you. Before coming to Dr. Kumar I was struggling with depression, anxiety, and everything else that comes along with someone new to recovery. I felt hopeless like nothing could make me happy. I have had the good fortune to see Dr. Kumar twice in my life. Once in 2003 with my husband and now on an individual basis as well as with my same husband. I find Dr. Kumar's approach refreshing, empowering and forward moving. He teaches one to use intellectual tools to help oneself.
