Regretfully, the one phone the clinic uses requires patience to navigate but you will be rewarded with a pleasant human being once you get through. You will not be able to leave a message and carry on with your day, but will have to persist in calling. As was said previously you will be able to see him within the week but not always that day. Dr Lanson's schedule is a busy one, but I feel that I am able to get an appointment with him in the same week that I call. It may not be the same day, but they try to accommodate you to the best of their ability. He sees patients in Lihue Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and half day on Friday. On Thursday, he is in their Princeville clinic, serving the residents of the north shore of Kaua'i as well as visitors that need to be seen for any unforeseen circumstance while on vacation but not needing emergency room services.

Its disappointing as seeing him is very inconvenient due to the distance in driving. With the new facility here and all those rooms, they couldn't even make an exception for patients. This is a big surgery and quiet scary to me because there are so many layers that they need to take time in sewing back up. Dr. Littler, upon my second c-section, removed excess scar tissue from my first c-section. She is highly respected here on the island. I was referred to her by a friend on this island as I was scared to get a new OBGYN so far into my pregnancy. She is a very forward, humorous and engaging doctor- clearly an expert in her field.

I have since seen her and her Nurse Practitioner and been more then comfortable to go go regularly instead of skipping a year or two ;) Now that I am pregnant I knew I wanted Dr. Littler to be my OBGYN, however, I discovered that when you go for prenatal at KMC you rotate between the 4 doctors so that whoever is on call when you go into labor is the one that delivers your baby. We waited about 10 min and he came out. What we thought was coral in my sons foot from surfing was actually a sea urchin. This Dr easily could've sent us to another clinic but he spent the next 90 min trying to get out as much as possible. If you look up the Aloha spirit you surely will see his picture. We appreciated him seeing us and thanked him so many times. We left with a wrapped foot, detailed instructions, and a surgical shoe for him to wear. Great clinic, great service, and very clean. This isn't the urgent care that came up but drove past it every day so we thought the hours were of this clinic not the other one in town. So glad we went to this one. There is a reason every single review is 5 Fee was $200 to be seen and they do not accept insurance. Our bill was $325 with a tetanus shot and shoe. Worth every penny!
