Thry are not listed on the board that tells you who is in the office building. They are between Kauai Family Dentistry, Inc and Wahine Wellness & Pelvic health with a little tiny card board sign in the window white with blue lettering saying Cyrus inc. disability center. It's time and I believe looks like s new spot for them. 5259 Kukui Grove Street ignore the sweet 103. because it's not listed and will walk you to the building across the lawn from it. I would google map Kauai Family Dentistry, Inc for directions. It's in the building across the street from the gas station towards the mall side when I told the lady I checked in with she said nothing, no facial expression and just asked for my last name. so I doubt there are going to correct the information so I am posting this in hopes someone who is looking for it won't go through what I did when I googled the address cause this office does not come up only the main office that is in a house by the state building does. on a Saturday their is no one to call to ask. so hope it helps.

I came to live in Kauai when I was 8 months pregnant with my second daughter- I was freaked out about getting a new Obstetric doctor. I had a c-section previously with my first daughter. This is a big surgery and quiet scary to me because there are so many layers that they need to take time in sewing back up. Dr. Littler, upon my second c-section, removed excess scar tissue from my first c-section. She is highly respected here on the island. I was referred to her by a friend on this island as I was scared to get a new OBGYN so far into my pregnancy. She is a very forward, humorous and engaging doctor- clearly an expert in her field.

Anyhow, the only relief after was that I didn't need to go back to get another pap for another year. So, as you can imagine, of course something was wrong, and my PCP referred me to Dr. Littler. Dr Littler was AMAZING, she was so personable and funny and really made me feel at ease! I was grateful to see her and not have another horror story to tell. I have since seen her and her Nurse Practitioner and been more then comfortable to go go regularly instead of skipping a year or two ;) Now that I am pregnant I knew I wanted Dr. Littler to be my OBGYN, however, I discovered that when you go for prenatal at KMC you rotate between the 4 doctors so that whoever is on call when you go into labor is the one that delivers your baby. I am open to it and we shall see how it goes. Linds

Unfortunately one bad apple spoils the bunch and I'll be seeking care elsewhere as I no longer trust this clinic after symptoms of walking pneumonia were missed as the focus was a patient admonishment for not following up on referrals. Who works for who?? I thought medical staff were there for compassionate and ethical care of patients. Apparently not; as nurse Penny seems to be  running the show.

Its disappointing as seeing him is very inconvenient due to the distance in driving. With the new facility here and all those rooms, they couldn't even make an exception for patients. It's sad, and unprofessional as a medical service. So apparently if you don't have a personal physician here, you will be turned away. The receptionist said to either go see my personal doctor or go to Urgent Care.

We are so grateful we found Dr. Sparks during our family vacation in Kauai. We first contacted him…read morefor our daughter, and from the very beginning he was incredibly thorough, patient, and educational. He took the time to explain her symptoms, the possible causes, and why he was recommending each medication, making sure we understood everything before starting treatment. A couple of days later, my husband developed painful bumps after snorkeling off the Nā Pali Coast. Dr. Sparks was able to diagnose it from photos as a Portuguese man o' war sting. My niece had the same reaction, and he helped her as well. Once again, he took the time to educate us about the local marine life, the toxins involved, what symptoms to watch for, and how the prescribed medications would help. I especially appreciated how thoughtful and cautious he was with the medications he prescribed. What really sets Dr. Sparks apart is that he truly cares. He reminded me of the kind of village doctor everyone hopes to find--knowledgeable, compassionate, reassuring, and willing to spend the time you need. His mobile service was incredibly convenient. Both my daughter and my husband felt noticeably better very quickly. If you're on Kauai and need medical care, I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Sparks. He provided exceptional care and gave us real peace of mind while we were away from home.
