I hesitated to shop them as they are bundled and back in 1980 when I purchased them, you had to make an appointment to have an agent inspect your home and car. Friends encouraged me to contact Patrick. I answered a few simple questions for him and emailed a copy of my current insurance declarations. A snap. Within 24 hrs Patrick contacted me back with his recommendations. I expected that he might be able to save me a few $100. Wrong. He saved me a few $1,000 for products of comparable quality. I have mentioned my positive experience with Patrick to friends as he is responsive, knowledgeable, and follows up. Given the amount that I saved, it's the best investment of 20 minutes of my time that I've ever made. I look forward to working with him for the next 20 years.
