My back yard is on the edge of a conservancy and always mostly in shade and the ground stays soft so when a previous service had used a standing mower it left deep ruts in the yard that had to be filled. I told David this and asked not to use the standing mower but his guys used the standing mower anyway. The front of the house really cannot be done with the standing mower. David will no longer be doing anything in my yard.

Brandon and his team were extremely responsive and meticulous in their work on my property. After…read more14 months of waiting on whatever needed to happen behind the scenes at the Beloit Utility Dept. all hurdles were cleared and the city owned lead water main from the street to my house was replaced with PVC. We had a very disappointing experience with our basement remodel and would not recommend this…read morecontractor. (Brannon King) One of the biggest issues was that the plaster wall finish--clearly listed in our contract and fully paid for--was never completed. We received plaster/ joint compound walls. Which is not as durable as plaster and less expensive. When we brought up concerns about the quality of the work, the contractor was unable to handle any feedback and became difficult to communicate with instead of addressing the issues professionally. Unfortunately, we made the mistake of paying in full before the project was finished. Now, despite the vanity being included and already paid for, the contractor is refusing to come back and install it. This has left us with an incomplete project and additional stress trying to resolve something that should have been handled properly from the start. Overall, the lack of follow-through, poor communication, and refusal to complete agreed-upon work made this a frustrating and costly experience. We strongly advise others to be cautious and avoid paying in full before all work is completed to your satisfaction.
