I'm almost 60 years old and I was welcomed with open arms. I met a guy that laid the sod for the rebuild and he was telling the reads on the greens. I then bumped into some great guys, Anthony and Henry that let me join them as there a little wait. I kept meeting fun people enjoying golf and 100 degree weather in July. I saw teenagers being kids enjoying themselves. I will be back and I'm bringing others every time I go to Austin. Namaste' Y'all!

I spent five days in Austin and came back to the spot twice! Has the best vibes, great staff, cool swag (love the Sunday bag and country club shirts)and a great beverage selection. Depending on the time that you go, there might be a wait, so grab a drink and enjoy practicing chipping, putting, cornhole, or socializing. The course has fun billboards (Caddyshack and Ron ) and comical Greenskeepers. I was impressed by how nice the greens are. Honestly, much better than some of my local 18 public courses! Restrooms are clean and easy to access. Two unisex so plan accordingly :) I cannot emphasize enough, how amazing their customer service is. This is a great spot run by great people.

Played pickleball there a few times and love it…read more Staff is great, facilities are great. Yesterday after playing, I sat at the bar watching the Spurs in the NBA finals for an hour. Absolutely enjoy spending time there. Covered courts were packed headed into early evening and tennis filled up as the sun set. Lovely place to be.

I think this is what happens when you get a bunch of players that come together and create a business. That or the business is a front. The other major flaw is their business model. There is almost never any players there partially because their ridiculous initiation fee of $300. I'd consider paying $100/month which is their monthly due but the initiation fee is outrageous especially because they hardly have any members. If nothing else, they should waive that fee until they have a significant enrollment and be grateful for anyone willing to play outside in the summer. The facility is beautiful and the staff very welcoming and knowledgeable but "What were you thinking!!!" ... Outside... C'mon Man!!!

It's hard for the younger kids to use but totally a great time for anyone who is old enough. There are two main play areas one that is wood and really well put together for older kids and on that is plastic and a little smaller that works better for younger kids. Both play areas provide tons of fun for the kiddo's, the smaller area was able to keep my daughter occupied and having fun for quite a while. There are also swing sets with swings for varying ages. They even have a swing that works for special needs and handicapped children. There are seats and grills very close to the play ground so if anyone ever wanted to make a day of it the park is perfect for that too. A big plus here is that there is workout area next to the play ground so you can let your child play while you get in a little exercise! Cant say enough good things here, if you're considering an outing or birthday party at this park you wont regret it at all!

The park was right next to the Dove Springs Swimming pool, had a long running trail, basketball court, tennis court, & the baseball fields. The baseball fields had bleachers but were not covered & in this summer heat we couldn't sit on the bleachers because we were directly in the sun baking like some homemade chicken! It was HOT!!! Usually keep 2 lanes open for laps and you can usually find a spot. Sometimes the bathrooms can get backed up with homeless as some do rely on that for showers. I have run into this a couple of times, not frequently. But overall I like the size of this pool and usually 2 lifeguards on duty. Sometimes if schedule changes or adjusts it's hard to find the right source that is always updated or accurate. Google's hours are not accurate, and neither is Yelp's. But overall it's still a free community pool and great place to cool down.

There's water on every court, scoreboard pole thingies that are in good shape, and good lighting. If I lived closer, I might play there more often.
