She said we cannot change tables! What is wrong with these people? You're starting to feel cold and all they can say is that we cannot change tables?! Do you even care about how comfortable customers are feeling? The waitress was rude! Then we had to wait for a new table. We then sat at our new table where our drinks were waiting. The chicken soup I ordered arrived. It was tasteless! Imagine drinking a diluted chicken stock with 2-3 pieces of finely diced carrots. I didn't even know what the noodles was because I never tasted it. One spoonful was enough. 10 minutes later, one of the servers arrived. I told them the food was tasteless and I'd like to send it back. She was also rude saying that I needed to pay for it. Imagine having to pay for something that was tasteless. Poor customer service. I said okay but cancel the rest of the items we ordered. I hope you cleaned the beer I left on the floor. Yes, that's for charging me for the tasteless, diluted chicken stock.

I literally told her that this is just milk, and she said nothing could be done and left. Really? Really? Nothing could be done to make my iced coffee stronger? She could have not even suggested adding in an espresso shot for extra charge? As someone from NYC who values their coffee and service very highly, I considered her actions disrespectful and frankly, stupid. Sorry but it isn't hard to add a little extra coffee into a cup and spill out some milk! I didn't even care if it would come back to me lukewarm (although that is what ice is for!)
