She said we cannot change tables! What is wrong with these people? You're starting to feel cold and all they can say is that we cannot change tables?! Do you even care about how comfortable customers are feeling? The waitress was rude! Then we had to wait for a new table. We then sat at our new table where our drinks were waiting. The chicken soup I ordered arrived. It was tasteless! Imagine drinking a diluted chicken stock with 2-3 pieces of finely diced carrots. I didn't even know what the noodles was because I never tasted it. One spoonful was enough. 10 minutes later, one of the servers arrived. I told them the food was tasteless and I'd like to send it back. She was also rude saying that I needed to pay for it. Imagine having to pay for something that was tasteless. Poor customer service. I said okay but cancel the rest of the items we ordered. I hope you cleaned the beer I left on the floor. Yes, that's for charging me for the tasteless, diluted chicken stock.

You do have to carry the baby upstairs if that's where you'll go, but they have plenty of seats on the first floor, high chairs, nice changing tables in the loo, and a play area for the older one. The food is still good and there are many options - today I had the pulled pork with bbq and it was nice. They recently changed the salad that they offer on the side for a healthier greens option, and it was good. I definitely recommend this place for families!
