My son needed to get his wisdom teeth pulled and I remembered his ex-girlfriend had oral surgery at the Mirage Center. From that, I started Yelping the center and came across Dr. Kreizenbeck. He had some great reviews so I thought I'd give it a chance. I called Dr. Kreizenbeck's office around the middle of Oct. I spoke with Becky. She understood how important it was for me to schedule my son's surgery during his Christmas break out of college. She scheduled him for a consultation on Tuesday and oral surgery that Friday over Christmas. When Tuesday came, my son decided to tell me he had scheduled an overlapping appointment for his eyes. I wasn't aware that he was on this 3rd cancellation with this eye doc! I asked Becky how long the appointment might take and explained to her our dilemma.... well let me tell you, the staff jumped right in to help get us in and out of the consultation and on to the next appointment in lightening speed! Dr. Kreizenbeck was so friendly and accommodating. He answered the couple questions I had, talked to my son a bit to help ease my son's nerves. From Dr. down to the receptionist... they all helped speed things along. You have no idea how important it was for us to get to his eye doctor. With as many cancellations as my son had, they were ready to drop him! :\ SURGERY DAY - We got to the office, Becky went over post surgery care, we waited a bit (we got there early) - and when it was our time, we hit the ground running! It was over with in about an hour. I pulled around the building and Becky helped me get my son in my car. He was a bit sleepy... a little loopy, but not out of it. He was actually good to go and ate Panera mac and cheese afterwards. Day Two - My son's mouth was a bit tender, with VERY LITTLE SWELLING and practically no bruising. He stayed on top of the meds but after day 3, he was on ibuprofen as needed. Dr. Kreizenbeck's team did such an excellent job in handling my son's case throughout the whole process. They made us so feel comfortable and cared for.... all the while completely working with our family's schedule. I highly recommend this office - my only regret is not knowing about Dr. Kreizenbeck earlier and having my own oral surgery done here! read more

Having been to many doctors, and having a doctor as a father, I can say this guy is top notch. We were traveling the first time we had to see him, and he fit us in right away. I agree with Cherrie C. We went there and was charged a $250 consultation fee 6 months later. The staff is rude and short with me over the phone. I am very surprised a business would conduct this way. There is something shady about billing 6 months out for service. read more

As I walked in, Dr Stephen Kreizenbeck was sitting with a patient's husband in the waiting room, reassuring him that his wife's surgery went well. The exchange seemed comforting to the man who exclaimed " You are a great Doctor; very professional ... your facility is wonderful!" I have been a patient of the Mirage Center since 2003 when it was a "stressed out facility" with staff often on edge. Under the direction of Dr Kreizenbeck, the Mirage Center has become a welcoming and safe place where patients needs are met with kindness, concern and professionalism . This holds true for the front desk, the treatment coordinator and assistants as well as the team of doctors.. As a disclaimer I need to add that in spite of the fact that Dr Kreizenbeck is a proficient and talented surgeon it was not him who performed the reconstructive surgeries (these where done by another wonderful surgeon on their team. ) Nevertheless, I have been seen by Dr Kreizenbeck in several crisis situations, when my surgeon was not available. I cannot say enough about Dr K's compassionate expertise and conservative approach and what they have meant over time. However tired or busy he will take time to listen, to assess and reassess, to try to understand the idiosyncrasies of a case and does not jump to conclusions. He dares to say "I wonder why?" or "This is puzzling" rather than to dish up an all ready-to-deliver solution or answer. And did I mention the delicate hand? Oral and maxillofacial surgeons aren't known for their gentle touch but here too Dr Kreizenbeck is an exception. The Mirage Center is a wonderful facility. Their professionalism and kindness are noteworthy. The clinic will always make sure someone is available to answer post-surgical concerns and complications should they arise, even on week-ends. A beautiful model! Punctuality is pretty good but then again remember that each patient will receive full attention from Dr K and that is worth some patience! read more

I was recommended to Dr Kreizenbeck to have a back infected tooth removed. Unfortunately it was during the Covid 19 time and dentist were closed and some opened for only emergencies. I needed a oral surgeon that was recommended to me by my dentist. He had limited hours, but I was able to get in quickly. Everyone from that office treated me with so much respect and understanding. I live about a hour away so they didn't have me come in for a counseling, was told to go to his web site, hit on application and fill out paperwork sending it back to their office. My dentist did send the X-ray over and pulling that painful tooth was done quick and easy. They even set up another appointment ahead of time just in case you need to come back in. Dr Kreizenbeck was very nice taking his time getting it numb enough to remove and very easy to talk to. The whole office had a great atmosphere. They took my insurance and cost was no more than if my own dentist had done it. I highly recommend this oral surgeon. read more

I am writing in regards to Dr. Clark Taylor whose practice is in association with Dr. Kreizenbeck. I was referred by my Dentist to Dr. Taylor for a tooth extraction which was proformed yesterday. Since my appointment was the first one scheduled for the day, the receptionist was outside straightening up the patio furniture and was quick to welcome us. All of the people at the front were very friendly and offered coffee to my wife and even helped me fill out the forms. My first visit with Dr. Taylor was like meeting an old friend. He offered advise and explained what the procedure would be. Since the tooth that was to be pulled had been broken, I felt that there would possibility be the chance of drilling. However his technique proved me wrong. This morning I woke up with no swelling and little discomfort and back to eating more like normal. Thanks to Dr. Taylor and staff for their wonderful care and I would give them six stars if it were possible. I would highly recommend them. read more

Dr. Kreizenbeck is a great oral surgeon! Because I had a baby tooth that never had a permanent tooth develop underneath it, I needed this tooth replaced with an implant due to pain and sensitivity. I had a terrible experience with my wisdom teeth 5 years ago and was quite nervous to get this procedure. After meeting with him and having an initial consultation, I wasn't so nervous and knew he would do a great job. He explained every detail before and after the surgery to myself and my husband, and called me the day after to see how I was doing. His office gives you a handout of what to expect and how to properly take care of your implant. He is professional, knowledgable, and personable. I highly recommend him! read more
