We were extremely happy with this office from the first phone call through walking out the door after the procedure was finished. My boyfriend cracked a molar while here in the Palm Springs area on vacation from out of state. It was too broken to eat and we had no idea if he would be able to get an appointment anywhere to fix it. Our out of state insurance company was also making it extremely difficult to find an office who may accept our plan. I reached out to several offices trying to get it sorted out and none of the others were nearly as friendly and helpful as Myra at the front desk at Implants Guru. She had to make more than one call to our insurance company for information and she remained kind and patient throughout the process. We decided based on her attitude that we would go to Implants Guru regardless of insurance coverage. We made the appointment for a little later in the afternoon but got a call from another lovely employee, Raquel, and were offered an appointment 2 hours earlier! They sent the link to their easy to complete new patient forms through a text and when we got to the office we were all signed in and ready to go. We were given a quote showing detailed patient responsibility amounts if an extraction was required before we even saw the doctor. Both Dr. Raj Swamidass and the technician were also very friendly, understanding, and willing to answer all of our questions. Dr. Raj was also able to give us a temporary fix to get us through the end of our trip so that we can deal with the painful extraction process after arriving back home instead of badly impacting the rest of our fun time here. And after everything the cost was very reasonable! I am a medical office manager back at home and this office is a model of how a good medical office should run! I would hire every staff member we encountered to work at my office. We really wish we could transplant the whole office and staff back to Oregon with us to use their dental services! read more

Dr. Senthil and her staff are awesome. They are professional, compassionate, and the outcome of my procedures was better than I could have ever imagined. I went in for two dental implants in my upper jaw, including bone grafts for those teeth, along with 5 additional crowns. I am a self-professed coward and intensely dislike going to the dentist. After my consultation with Dr. Senthil, who patiently explained every part of the procedure to me, answered all of my many questions, and basically calmed my fears, I was ready to begin treatment. I finished yesterday and can not believe the transformation. My smile looks wonderful and I feel like a new, improved me. She has all the latest technology, and I especially like that she not only surgically installs the implant posts, but she also does everything related to that, including ordering and placing the crowns. I had only to go to one office for all my visits. What a relief! It is so important to me to not only get excellent dental care, but to also feel comfortable while there. Dr. Senthil is not only a great implant specialist, she is also super nice. She has also chosen her staff well. I know that often times I act like a three year old when I'm at the dentist, but her staff were so patient and kind to me and never acted like I was a bother. Thank you, thank you, thank you! After relocating from Northern California to Southern California, in 2017, I consented to a male dentist located in Cathedral City to remove my last few upper teeth and get rid of a bridge and replace it with a denture. It took hours under a local to have those teeth removed, which was NOT necessary! I've hated living with a denture. Living with that denture I found the office of Dr. Sentill. She and her office staff were all very competent and very friendly! In hindsight, it was a very good experience. However, there was some kind of misunderstanding between myself and the front office. I left the office angry. Dr. Sentill called me directly and we resolved the issue. Somehow, though, I misunderstood her good gestures as "pushy"! I was so wrong! I returned and I requested an appraisal to have implants. Dr. Sentill gave me the appraisal, which threw me through the ceiling. I thought her price was way out of line! I had no idea. Again, I left angry. Dr. Called me back. In hindsight, she was doing what a good dentist should do. Her price's are the most reasonable for the highest quality of care! In hindsight, again, I misunderstood her for being pushy! I was wrong again! But I wrote a terrible review of that experience. I can't even remember exactly why I felt so pushed. But now I know, she was just doing a good job! I did not get it! I am so ashamed and sorry! I have spent the last two years shopping around the valley for a good dentist! I have met so many dentists. Let me save you the trouble of looking. I blew it with Dr. Sentill but you have not! I am so terribly sorry for posting that bad review! Believe me when I say, "Dr. Sentill is truly the most professional, caring person offering the best dentistry in this valley. Her work is of the upmost quality. What became a nightmare after six months ended up a blessing when I met Dr. Keerthi Senthil. Short story: I had gone to another dentist (19 visits) infected implants, one requiring removal and bone graft. The pain, suffering, time, and money spent ending up in a disaster. That's when I went to Dr. Senthil, to undue the mess I was in. What a difference, 180 degrees, her calm, compassionate, sensitive, professional demeanor made for a delightful experience. I visited Dr. Senthill last week in order to have an existing veneer cemented back to one of my teeth Dr. Senthill is polite and was deliberate to ensure that before I left, my veneer was correctly re-attached and my ability to correctly floss to care for my teeth was restored, Other dentists had failed to remove excess cement. I don't want to say anything critical about the dentistry itself because I have no real experience with Dr. Bullock other than an exam and estimate. I am sure that the work he proposed that was in the mid five-figures would have been great...but upon a second opinion we learned and received treatment for about $1000 without pulling teeth, and major reconstruction and...just wow. This was to repair a receding gum that had Dr. Bullock proposing tooth extractions and implants. Three years later a simple gum graft by a sane dentist is still perfect. Besides that though - the RUDEST receptionist EVER. Who does this woman think she is? The patient that recommended us in the first place is no longer a patient because of the insipid snotty attitude from this snip. The whole staff in this office is wonderful. Yvette is the BEST hygienist I have ever been to. She did a very thorough and gentle deep cleaning on me. My comfort was very important to her. My family has used Dr. Bullock for several years, and I couldn't be happier with his service. He is gentle, patient, friendly, and very good at what he does. He and his staff fitted me for a dental appliance and I was completely amazed when it fit perfectly the first time I tried it with no adjustments. A year later, I'm still completely happy with it. 5stars for state of the art office......however 2 stars for staff and patient customer service. Blaring TV at entry which penetrated what was easily 3,000 sf of space. One man sitting there watching but it sounded like a Las Vegas casino with all the noises and bells and whistles blasting (wheel of Fortune, or Lets Make a Deal maybe)? Receptionist, which is an exaggeration of her title, couldn't have cared less even after I asked about the noise level. I walked out after 30 minutes thankfully, never paying the consult fee of $95. I just can't imagine going to a doctor and listening to a TV volume the entire time. The dentist can be a very painful experience at best.....no one needs a headache too or a noise level higher than a band concert. read more

Dentist - phobic beyond reason! Broke a tooth Friday night , lower incisor! All ready crowned and sits right in front of difficult to work with bony tori mandibles. After a weekend of googling, Yelp reviews and phone calls, I needed a 3D imaging machine, lab on premise, TLC , implant :one stop. I'm not one to go to dentists at all! Dr Senthils office called Monday am, got me in ASAP. I left with a temporary tooth that day and today was the Day! Terrified as I was, she and her staff are wonderful! Empathetic, skilled and approached this expertly and with every consideration to every thing I had told them, from cost I needed to fear. No upselling, no shaming, constant awareness of my comfort. She had to shave off a bit of the bony tori unexpectedly but gave me a mild cortisone shot to prevent swelling, which is source of post op pain. I cannot say enough good! There are two I've seen in this office. The Dental Hygienist, Yvette Robertson is excellent with a challenge, as I hadn't been to the dentist for around 5 years. Her hand is calm and her bedside manner very pleasant, as is Dr. Bullock's whom I've received consultation. I actually looked forward to a second return to finish my uppers (because the plague was heavy, invading my gums). My fear of "the dentist" did not exist in the days before my return. They have numbing liquid that makes the process, yes, enjoyable. No needles for me! Thank You for giving me an alternative I never thought available.
