They were great about answering all my questions as well as providing information I didn't think about asking about. This must be a wonderful place to work because they have relatively low turnover. Today I am waiting to have a crown replaced and am impressed how technology has changed and that this practice is able to make and place the permanent tooth same day.

Both the dentist and a follow-up call with Doctor Davidson informed me that a replacement bridge was definitely not possible - instead they wanted me to commit to a very expensive upper-arch denture that was implant-supported (despite also later conceding that there was a high risk of implant failure). Though actually getting a firm written estimate from them was not easy. I went to another local dentist in 2025 - within minutes of reviewing my x-rays and inspecting my teeth, he recommended a bridge replacement. I now have a replacement bridge - at a fraction of the cost Davidson wanted to charge me. I can't recommend them - my experience with them was very frustrating - and I do not believe they offer up the most cost-effective solution to customers,

The location is easy to find. The building looks nice from the outside. When I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the front desk. Its a nice open floor plan. I checked in and filled out my health questionnaire. My appointment started on time. I was at ease right away with my hygienist, Brooke. She was very nice and was easy to talk to. She really had her work cut out for her since it had been a minute since I had an appointment. She listened to me when I had questions about my appointment and played along with me when I let her pick the flavor to use to clean my teeth. My dentist, Dr Erickson, came in and was very kind as well. I really appreciated the time they spent with me. I am happy with the move I made to the new dentist. I hope to have the same great experience going forward. As a bonus as I was getting ready to leave. I looked out the back window and a herd of city deer came up and were wandering the yard. They said they are there often and its a nice little perk.

With Dr. Tippins's retirement and new ownership, it's no longer "wellness" focused. Lied about procedures and completely disrespected my oral care decisions…read more During my appointment, Plum Drive Dental suddenly added a requirement for new x-rays to extort more money. I could have obtained (current) X-rays from my previous Dentist, had Plum Drive Dental mentioned that they wanted them any time in the 1.5 months before they could work in an appointment for me. My wishes were disregarded and both the Dentist and Assistants were not forth right with me. They did not explain how many X-rays they planned to take. They made it sound as though only 2 would be required, then proceeded to take 18 X-rays. I tried to decline the X-rays, but was told that my teeth would not be cleaned unless I submitted to having new X-rays taken. Furthermore, the assistant said that X-rays were fully covered by my insurance, but that was not true, as my insurance only covered a percentage. She also neglected to mentioned the deductible. There's no reason to take X-rays for a general teeth cleaning. I am very disappointed by Plum Drive Dental's bully tactics to extort a higher profit through dishonesty and disregard of patient oral care decisions. Avoid these crooks and find a Dentist that respects you. Note: I reached out Plum Drive Dental through several phone calls and a written letter, but they completely refused to address my concerns or make things right. Plum Drive Dental billed me for the percentage that my insurance didn't cover for the (un-necessary) X-rays. I initially refused to pay, but eventually settled on paying a reduced bill for them to stop hounding me; but I don't feel that I should have had to pay anything, since I didn't want or need the X-rays.

He could have just said so, instead of treating me in such an unethical, inhumane and humiliating fashion at the most vulnerable time in my life. They said they like to maintain as much of the original tooth structure as possible which I loved. The process for removal/reconstruction went much smoother than I expected and I had no paint or soreness after either appt. They did a great job administering the Novocain and didn't need multiple shots. They were up front about fees. I also love that they don't use fluoride and instead do sealant with hydroxyapatite and disinfect with ozone. Very knowledgeable (from the experience of a certified naturopath). Thank you!

So calling them doesn't get you an appointment, you literally have to show up at their offices to schedule one not that a dentist will actually see you. If you can't even handle scheduling an appointment, I don't think I want to trust my health care to you. Horrible experience
