BUYER BEWARE. I left my IPhone 11 max there to be fixed as it stopped working and told them I would have a family member pick it up in the future, a few months later my family went to go pick it up and they claim they don't have my phone (they stole it), I definitely left it there with them as I remember the fish tank and the look of the place. I just called them again and they kept me on hold for 10 minutes and I told them my name and number and they told me they would call me back and I said no- I'll just stay on the line and they hung up on me. My family went and they say without the paper receipt they cannot locate my phone which is BS because I should be in their system. I contacted Apple and they filed an investigation against this place, so hopefully there will be justice. this is illegal and theft! Do not trust this company to take care of your devices even tho they are apple affiliated, hopefully not for long!
