We went here today to replace a cushion for an indoor seat cushion and the people were so friendly…read moreand helpful. The selection of upholstery fabric was vast and they had a showroom with Sunbrella brand items (they also carry Sunbrella fabric along with a large assortment of canvas and awning fabric. Very impressed with the businessman and their prices (I went online and researched prices) were very reasonable. We asked about the TV that we were interested in and she went and got a scanner. She scanned the bar code and nothing came up. She left again, as now we did as well. We have shopped at Liverpool for years and never have had a service issue with any of their people. This was beyond poor service. They were rude, ill-trained buffoons who successfully ran off good customers and left what will be a very long lasting bad taste in our mouths.
