Got back to the hotel and realized this was the best muffin I ever had in my like. When I went back the next day, I timed it wrong. The after work crowd was there and it was PACKED!! Looking forward to going back next time I'm in Merida. Process: You pick up a pan and use tongs to pick out your items. Take your items to counter one, where they give you a list of your items to take to counter two. At counter two, you pay for the items while counter one bags up your order. Everything was made for us fresh and tasted really great! We had ice lattes, caramel and mocha. Each one was made with coconut milk. I had the sandwich with veggie ratatouille and cheese on it. I got a fried egg on the side and threw that on top as well. It also came with a side salad. It was filling and flavorful. My friend had the quesadilla with black beans. Also filled with veggies and cheese. We really enjoyed our food and would recommend!
