My experience with them could not have been any better! I contacted them in late Feb. 2017. I was very skeptical after finding them on line. I spoke to Jason, he sent me an email, and the next morning I made up my mind to give them a try. I had my report in under 48 hours. After a single vehicle accident in Jan, my insurance company USAA, was trying to tell me my 3/4 ton diesel truck was only worth 10K including taxes. I had been on line looking at trucks comparable to mine, and knew there was no way I could replace it for that amount. They kept pounding on me about "Cash Value". Even after National Appraisers' report had been submitted to them, they kept trying to convince me to settle for what they were offering, coming up another couple of hundred dollars. That's when Jason got on the phone with them, and their deception stopped. USAA had to follow the insurance laws that are in place to protect consumers. (Look your State's up) USAA then had to contact an independent appraiser, not their valuation software. Bingo, Value came in at just over 20,000! Had funds in hand 5 days later, and am thrilled to say I am back on the road in a truck just like the one I lost. This would have never happened without Jason and National Appraisers.
