Went in to purchase a Truck. Drove two hours out of our way. Our sales man was fantastic and we were in and out in four hours. On the way home the check engine light came on. They had already closed so we continued home. I called them the next day and informed them. Their sales Manager Brandon called me back and told me to take my vehicle to the nearest dealership and they would "Help get this taken care of". There were major repairs that needed addressed and we were also informed that the truck had blatantly obvious signs of an extreme engine fire. They never informed us of an engine fire before purchase. The dealership was able to pull up the digital records to show the dates the codes were cleared off the vehicle. Right before we bought it of course. After the dealerships communicating back and forth regarding the repairs and issues and Kramer failing to reach back out to me. I had to reach out multiple times to Brandon. He was very accusatory and belittling. He accused me of lying about circumstances regarding the state of the vehicle and miss understanding him. He would not honor his word. He was such a weasel. Again our salesman was awesome but Brandon made this cozy small town dealership feel like we did some sleazy Craigslist deal. Our experience with this dealership was extremely unprofessional. The sales director, Brandon Robinette, was condescending and rude--calling our friend 'lady' while dismissing reasonable questions about pricing. He refused to explain why wheel locks were being overcharged ($365) compared to the Toyota dealership website (less than $40) and questioned why we requested a $4,620.73 discount related to dealership add on options and overpricing compared to other market options, ultimately saying he couldn't do business with us. I was helping a friend try to buy a vehicle and negotiate pricing. Upon talking with Brandon (the sales director), he stated that they will not come off their pricing (over priced compared to comparable vehicles on the market) and that asking for such negotiations is ridiculous. I asked why they were charging an add-on option price of $365 for wheel locks when Toyota sells for approximately $39. He said, "Why does it matter?" That is a very odd question to me first of all. I stated that charging an extra $320 is ridiculous and that no one would want to pay an extra $320 for wheel locks. He said that it is an add-on and cannot be taken off. I asked why the wheel locks couldn't be taken off and regular lug nuts put on. He said, "Because we're not going to." I stated, "So it's not a can't but won't." He then proceeded to speak to me very condescendingly calling me "lady" in a very rude manner. In all the car deals I have done and been a part of through the years, I have always had negotiations with the dealerships and never been talked to in such a discriminatory, demeaning manner. There serves department is deceptive on vehicle diagnoses. They had our truck two days and then I kept calling to get update and the lady in the office kept deflectingthey haven't got done yet. After calling four times she then said they couldn't replicate the same sound so there wasn't nothing they would do and then proceeded to tell me to take it to the Ford dealership never-ending that I just bout the truck from them just a month ago. This place is horrible. Bought my truck from them in February 2025. I put approximately 3,500 miles on the truck. In June, my ac went out and the check engine light came on. I dropped my truck off to get fixed under the extended warranty I purchased, since the truck is a 2020. They have had my truck since June 30th, and as of today July 21st, they haven't done anything to the truck. I keep calling service department and all they say is they are waiting for the warranty people to come look at it to make sure it's under warranty. The warranty is called All State, cause apparently your in good hands. That is a bunch of crap. This is the worst place to do business with. If you're looking for a vehicle to purchase or to get maintenance done on your vehicle, just keep on driving, don't bother stopping. To top it off, they can't even give me a loaner car so I can go back in forth to work. I am having to borrow people's car so I can get to work. Very unacceptable. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere. read more

A bad experience turned into a great experience because of Tracie at Kramer Chevrolet GMC in Livingston. Texas. My car wouldn't turn over due to battery issues. I had to pay for a wrecker ($80.00) to be towed across the street to the dealership so that my warranty would not be voided. So i met with tracy when i got to the dealership. She told me that it would not be a problem to swap the battery out under the battery waranty (done in April at Wright Buick in Lufkin, Texas). Then she told me that they had installed the wrong battery in my suv. The paperwok battery did not match the actual battery. Anyhow, we contacted the Lufkin dealership and they agreed to bring a battery to Kramer on the following Monday. At first, I was going to have to pay for a new battery and then get reimbursed by Lufkin ($300+) which i didn't have right at Christmas time. Anyhow Tracy solved the issue and had me done and on my way home without all of the stress of paying then getting reimbursed. read more

Our friends were treated disgustingly by the finance woman at Kramer Chevrolet. Our friend was looking to purchase a small used car so she can commute back and forth from work. She was pre approved from our local PNC Bank here in Livingston and she had a cashiers check in hand. PNC had requirements that needed to be met on the vehicle, year model and mileage. The salesman was polite and knowledgeable. He helped her find a vehicle she liked and they went for a test drive. Meanwhile, we were looking to purchase a new GMC Yukon Denali and our salesman was also very knowledgeable and polite. We told our salesman we would come back to get it the next day because we had doctor's appointments that day. Our friend came back from her test drive and said she really liked the car and she said she was going to buy it. They asked us to drive their truck home and they were going to drive their new purchase home. My wife jumped in their truck and we left, we all live half way to Woodville. After being home about ten minutes, they called back and asked us to go pick them up. We asked what happened and they said they weren't buying the vehicle. We again took both vehicles, because we had to go to our appointment afterwards. We got to the dealership and they advised that when they got to the finance officer, she told them she wanted to run their credit because she could get them a lower interest rate and payment than PNC did. Our friends again advised her they were pre-approved and had a cashiers check in hand. The finance officer said yes, but I can get you a better rate and payment. Our friends said ok and after a few minutes she came back with a contract with a higher interest rate and a similar payment for a longer payoff period. Our friends said no, we want to use our cashiers check. The finance officer tossed the cashiers check toward them and said she would not accept it. If they wanted to purchase the vehicle they would need to finance it with her. So because the dealership treated our friends disgustingly, they missed out on the sale of a used vehicle and our purchase of a new vehicle. I won't ever do business with these folks. Even though we're two hours away, we went back to the Ron Carter Dealership in League City and bought our new vehicle. This is the sixth vehicle we've bought from them. They've always taken care of us, which is harder and harder to find these days. read more

-stars if I could. Where do I even start? My 2019 suburban that I have only had for 5 months transmission went out and a couple other things. So I take it into Kramer first week of February. It is now March. That's not even the issue. I understand short staff waiting on parts etc etc. I was as patient as possible. This last week they said they would be done with it that's fine I had a great service advisor the entire time (Sergio) until today the final day.. Mr Ted.. was at the desk when I came after almost 6 weeks to pick up my vehicle. Mr. Ted had the nastiest look on his face. I politely introduced myself he handed me my keys and paper work and I asked "is there anything I have to sign?" He said nope and walked off. Mind you I hadn't had any interactions with him. So I was so confused as to why he was so short and rude to me. Shortly after I picked up my vehicle I noticed the windows weren't properly rolling down. The driver side window wasn't working at all. So I pulled up and Mr. Ted was very unhappy to see me once again..( I had my mother and my children in the vehicle with me) and treated me so poorly after getting $10k of work out of our suburban which is not even the point. Even if I had spent $100 I shouldn't have ever had to be treated so poorly. He was rolling his eyes acting like it was so inconvenient for him to even have to leave his chair. I'm so disappointed and sad. Sad there's people like Mr. Ted, but I am writing this review so hopefully no one will feel the way I did at Kramer. Here I stand with the window not working and a poor taste in my mouth that we ever even went to Kramer to begin with. read more

We were on a road trip from Houston when our check engine light came on and started having engine problems. Found Premier Chevy Buick GMC on Yelp as they were the closest Chevy dealer to us. Everyone was super friendly and they had us back on the road in under an hour! Thankful they were so quick since we had a packed car, dog, and two little ones with us. Horrible! Horrible experience!! We were sold a Silverado Truck with 60,000 miles and thought it was a good buy. We were wrong! We haven't had this truck not even a year and already we had to take it back for a transmission rebuild, which led to another problem with the exhaust. Then not too long after that we had to take it back in for a camshaft repair. Both times the service dept. kept our truck for more than 2 months. Bad experience with Sergio (service manager at that time) then for the latter repair we had even worse experience with Richard (the current service manager) as well as Tracy. They wouldn't communicate with us and kept giving us false dates. When we finally received our truck back today, Tracy treated my wife with disgusting disrespect. Rolling eyes and talking very sarcastically. You, Tracy do not uphold your Christian beliefs and not a good person. Richard didn't communicate at all. I don't know if he was scared or just really didn't know? The only explanation they gave us was "Sergio, left this place in a terrible condition." That doesn't explain why you gave us attitude and did not communicate with us. Please, remember you applied for this position, and you represent Kramer Chevrolet. We were driving down 59 in a motorhome and a front tire blew out. It was 5 minutes to closing time and I ran over to the dealership and asked for help. The salesman went in and asked if we could stay in the parking lot overnight. The manager said yes so we spent the night and found a tire the following day. The dealership staff were so friendly by checking in on us to see if they could provide any assistance. This was such a great thing to Premier to do even though we were not in the market for a vehicle. However, when that day should come this is the first dealership we will be visiting. He took his time letting me test drive many different vehicles and explaining the differences. He was honest and professional. Took vehicle in for an unrelated issue. Technician said battery was too weak to use diagnostic machine. The battery installed on the vehicle was less than one year old with a five-year guarantee, originally purchased at Walmart. They charged $162 for their battery and charged another $60 for installation. Took original battery back to Walmart and they said, It tested good. Returned to this dealership where they removed their battery and refunded $200. This was nothing more than as attempt to up sell and scam a senior citizen. So to start out my household has been a loyal customer of this dealership for years ( 10+) prior to it being Kramer's it was premier autoplex. I submitted a build order in February of this year and after getting the run arounds for months on end i just found out today that the build was essentially not going to be built at all, but prior to this was told that it would be built after dealer orders were done first, now having said this as a buying customer it is not my job to keep calling a selling party to keep trying to find out whats going on with the item in question that im trying to purchase from you. This is not me ranting about that subject i sell items out of my collection of a very popular trading card game and i as a seller contact the buyer to discuss transactions and such. I do not recommend this car sales establishmen for anyone to do business with as they have lost our entire household as customers because of these mistakes. Made service appointment to have struts replaced on my Chrysler 300. On the appointed day I drove 40 miles to the dealership. Arrived early, reviewed what was needed and left. In three hours I called to check to see what time it would be completed. Later learned that the parts were not there and would take 3 to five days to get there. We had made an appointment to see the truck and they had it up front under a canopy because it was raining. We had arranged our own financing so once we made the deal we were out of there pretty quick and the finance office didn't try to sell us anything, which we appreciated. We have experienced the absolute worst customer service and labor service ever at this location. Took our Jeep in for repair (clutch went out), they kept it for two weeks and the work was done incorrectly (no clutch still), rivet posts sticking out of front fenders, broken plastic pieces found in console, a hose was off under the hood (we had to pull over after leaving to put back on) both front seats filthy with grease stains and we now have to take our Jeep to another shop to have repairs done correctly. While there we asked to speak to the manager, we witnessed him go out and speak/yell at the three guys working on the Jeep and then retreat to his office. He never once came out to discuss the issue at hand. He did make the one guy in a t-shirt and shorts leave, as he appeared to just be hanging out with the two "working" on the vehicle. The service contact we had was Larry and he was non-responsive and made up several stories while trying to appease us. We explained we were on the road traveling through, extended our stay additional week in order to wait for the ten hours of labor to be completed. Upon arrival two hours before closing on the last day we were to be in town, which we explained to them two weeks ago, we were told the clutch was done and they were finishing up the recall work on the airbags. We did not ask to have this done, were told it was a requirement to keep the vehicle and complete the recall before releasing it back to owner. At 5pm we were told it wasn't done and might be ready the next day, this is when we asked for the manager explaining we needed our Jeep back as we were scheduled to leave town in the morning and the recall wasn't work explained to us. Then we found out that they were bleeding the clutch and still needed to drive it. They ended up staying to do so (another 45 mins), but the clutch goes to floor and does not work and they told us that it would stiffen up after driving. No, not true. We towed it to our destination and now need to find a reputable shop. BUYER/CUSTOMER BEWARE!! Want other Jeep owners to be aware to go elsewhere. Had my GM vehicle serviced. Picked it up this afternoon. After I paid, Service Advisor informed me that even though I was charged for it, the tire sensor was not installed!!! He then proceeded to inform me that I could bring my vehicle back in, once the part arrived or they would refund that portion of the bill. I immediately asked for a refund. Why was the sensor and labor even included on the bill in the first place????? Once I got home, I discovered yet another discrepancy with my bill. Never had an issue when this dealership was Bounds. When I go back to the Service Department to get the billing corrected (for the second time), I will never have an issue with Premier Autoplex. Save yourself the time and effort and skip this dealership entirely. After working with the internet sales team for a month in back-and-forth price negotiations, the dealership had finally accepted an offer on one of their vehicles. Understanding the great deal of effort that was made to come to this point, we offered to provide a deposit and requested a buyer's order to secure the offer while my friend and I could arrange travel to the dealership. Suddenly after making that request, all communication from the dealership stopped. When we called to request an update before making the trip out, we were left with calls to voicemail with no response. Finally, the morning we were set to arrive, we received a call that the vehicle was sold and no longer available. It's clear to me that this dealership has shady business practices and poor communication skills, and I urge anyone in the market for a vehicle to steer as far away from this place as possible. read more
