One of the owners was working while I was there and he was just wonderful!! I wish I had gotten his name. He was friendly and happy and genuine. Great customer service and I love that he smiled and greeted his customers. They have most of the craft beers I seek out, such a Resurgence from Buffalo, Brooklyn Brewery, Bells, Thin Man, etc. Their cider selection is good too- 1911 everything, Citizen's, Black Bird, Nine Pin, and Woodchuck varieties to name a few. The Beer Depot had more non-alcoholic beers than I expected. There's a whole wall of cold beers in the back room too. They also carry the regular macro breweries in larger cases. One note- Syracuse Beer Depot does not do growler fills, so everything is cans or bottles. Still I'm happy to have such a wide option of beer selections closer to home now! Parking- the lot is bigger than it appears. If you're coming from Thompson Road direction take the light on Thompson and a right onto Headson Dr. I need to go back and scope out the bike parking- I don't remember seeing a rack but they are right off the Empire State Trail.
