They do a good job being the local counterweight to the endless right-wing drivel from Rush, Bill O, and the horrible music that seems to be off of the same playlist from 2003 including the endless Nickelback songs! KYRS is very eclectic as it is informative. My favorite shows are Democracy Now! and Sonic Trash. The Edge is also a good show too. So if you are ever in the Lilac City and you are struggling to find a halfway decent station, look no further than 92.3 or 88.1 on your FM dial. It's as great as it gets!

At noon today, it became yet another country station in Spokane, "Classic" Country even. If you can't find the Country Music you like on the 3 or 4 other FM country stations, you can now tune into this AM station. If you want to listen to Progressive Talk radio, you are screwed.
