Blaming customers for not creating an account--when you never once state it's required to receive…read moresomething as basic as a tracking number--isn't just bad service, it's outright incompetent. If your process depends on having an account, then forcing guest checkout while withholding critical order information is misleading at best. Then doubling down with smart-ass remarks about "wasting your time" just confirms exactly how little you value your customers. This experience has made one thing very clear: doing business with your company is more trouble than it's worth. I'll be making sure others know that before they waste their time too.

I was told to check my SPAM or log in to my account. When you check out on Paypal, you do not create an account and the email I replied to was the shipping confirmation. So this merchant is not at all willing to help a customer who just spent hundreds of dollars with them and they really don't seem very smart.

They are the sweetest most awesome people EVER! I had purchased some items on three different…read moreorders and all were the wrong size - MY FAULT. Two were online orders and one in-store. I had used sales, coupons and vouchers making it MORE complicated. There system doesn't allow 'exchanges', just returns. Yet these lovely women overcame every hurdle to make it work at no additional charges to me. They were so patient and fun! I wish EVERY STORE had employees like these ladies! From the manager down, it was a team effort. They took care of my mistakes in about 10 minutes! WOW!

This is my second time coming here. 1st time I couldn't find much because it's such a small…read moreselection, but I figured I would try again a few weeks later. This time I asked prices on several cards and checked comps which were all lower. Asked employee about a specific card and asked if there was any room on the price. His response was "we just checked comps." Now I actually just checked comps too and the card marked 90$ has 3 sales for 65$,72$ and 76$. So maybe you didn't check comps after all. Still I offered 80$ (IMO a fair offer if even generous) and asked if he wanted to see comps. He dismissed me. So after I asked if he would do 80$, the very fair offer, he replies "My boss doesn't do discounts." So not only does this place have a poor selection of sports cards, but everything is 10%+ marked up and non-negotiable... or this kid was just a lazy do uche. Best part was as he was hyping up some overpriced sealed Pokémon to some other customers, he says to the other employee who was playing on his phone the entire time, "yeah I don't know anything about sports cards, yo." ‍ugghhh. I normally can drop a few hundred or more if I see something I like. I'm an easy customer, but I do like fair prices. This store was recommended to me and I have to say I will never go back. And on top of leaving this review so no-one else wastes their time, I will make sure anyone whomever asks, will avoid this place. If you are the owner, and you read this, be aware of your employees. And if this is actually how you want your store represented I wish you the best of luck and well, not really.
