Why not start your news broadcasts on a positive note to capture the viewers attention. When you put Tram in a position to give me life advice on all types of subjects that's when I turned to Fox10. Their coverage of the AZ Cardinals per-season games was horrible this year. Their choice for color man - Woozy - an ex football player was absolutely non-colorful, BABY (one of his favorite words - along with his favorite line, THAT WAS A REAL WORK OF ART, BABY). In addition, they interviewed players on the field while the game was going on. Disturbing, distracting and disrespectful of the guys on the field. I pray they don't get the contract next year. Fox was soooo much better last year. read more

Look I just want to report something, my friend just got me up and thisis something that's been going on for a while I got let go a while back from Conn's Home Plus because I hurt my back & they let me go because of it, I'm now hearing & seeing all these adds & now today one of the biggest weekends of the year near the 4th of July my buddy calls me up and says He's now written up because someone else is doing time fraud still in and from the company and trying to commit other crimes and I'm just tired of over seeing all the wrong that there doing and not saying something about it. This station has perky, heavily made-up Kens and Barbies who don't always understand the words they are using. I am sorry that sounds so harsh, but I've seen them blow off scientific studies about parental practices that harm children and say those practices are "needed," offering many reasons to continue to use them. Their responses to people who expressed concerns about their coverage were condescending at best. They truly didn't seem to understand what was at stake or why they were covering the news. They took issue with a scientific study to protect themselves emotionally because they used these techniques, or at least some of them did. If they can't understand what they are presenting and discuss it in an objective manner, they shouldn't be presenting it. Instead of educating the public for the benefit of children and reducing harm to children, their coverage encouraged the harmful practices and discouraged parents from taking science seriously. Channel 12 needs the lower the Ken and Barbie factor and hire better educated, more responsible hosts who take journalism and the power that comes with their roles seriously. read more

OMG! where to begin?! This is a "Not A Good Customer Service" Story..... I noticed there was a half off special last year and missed it. Was not going to miss it this year, No Way! So, back in May, 4 months ago!!!!!! ! i put this event in my calender: a special brought by Channel 12, KPNX, the railroad, and AZ Central. They advertised that they would offer 1/2 price tickets today @ high noon (ok, 1:00). At 12:55 I got ready to punch in all my info, {it's kinda like an ebay bid}, and when it coulnted down to "0" seconds, i put in my bid for the tickets, and in-putted my info. Well guess what? the computer system crashed, { "error message " appeared} But, wait! within seconds, i had the page up and running again, attempted to purchase the tickets again, and they were sold out. (insert %$#@*&^! here) Well, I called the marketing agent and the radio station, KPNX. My Hubby spoke to Lynn Mauer. She only offered 10% off - Ummmmm no i want 1/2 off !!! O wait, this gets even better. We call Verde Railroad directly, speak to the Manager, Robin Breene - explain the situation, well she had a complete ARROGANT ATTITUTE, there was nothing she could do, only offereing 10% off, can't help me, not her problem, speak to radio station. Well, like i care about this now...... like i would want ANYTHING to do with this offit now? Piece of advice?! Take the Train to grand canyon from Williams, which i have done preciously, and i have referred many friends and family to go and do!!!!! This seems toally lame: goes north for 90 mins and returns to station. For the same price, go to Williams, stay over night, buffet breakfast, wild west show, train to canyon, entertainment, train ride back, cowboys, elk, buffet dinner?! read more

I just watched Veronica Ruiz slam Mark Curtis over the Aston Martin implying he is not humble! Mark was joking about his birthday! So unprofessional!! I've watched channel 12 since I've moved here 13 years ago and Mark Curtis to me is very humble and a great anchor/news person! He's very down to earth and I can't believe I'm the only person to observe this on TV. Since Veronica showed up its obvious there's tension there but Mark has been a staple for channel 12 and I'm not sure how she gets off being so rude! She comes here and acts like she's the best news anchor that's ever been on TV... Someone needs to look in the mirror about being humble! During the #redfored rally, the main speaker was addressing educator concerns, Mark Curtis brings on former Gov. Jan Brewer. People at home wanted to hear the speaker and their concerns, not listen to the nations most conservative politician deny her responsibility for the mess our children are in. Channel 5 and Sean Mclaugchlin got it right. They filmed the rally in its entirity, with very little interuption. KNPX, I'm not watching you again. They practice terribly unsafe practices with their drones and vehicles. They were playing around driving unsafely while testing their flying drone in a residential neighborhood where children play and other pedestrians often walk their pets. They where also trespassing on private property which they claimed was an easement, which is completely ludicrous considering they have no right to use the easement. The property owner have been notified and police will be called if seen again. read more

He is so annoying that I prefer to change stations in the morning just because of his behavior. He is NOT a comedian and has limited talent as a weatherman. I am a definite fan and watch almost every evening, That said, your new Speed Feed is absolutely terrible. It is distracting at best and irritating at worst. It gives information that is of no value what so ever to about 95% of your viewers. If I am driving on the roads of Arizona then I am not, or should not be watching your news broadcast, and therefore the info doesn't reach me, and if I am home, I don't need the info. You already have too much distracting info running across the screen. A clear screen would be much more enjoyable to watch, and you could concentrate on the reporting being done. I really do not like the new website at all. I had 12news.com as my home page for some time now. However, recently they changed the format. Look generic and very much like Google. The new white background and minimal visual makes it look like there's something wrong with my computer - operating in safe mode. Way to be innovative. It does not look professional IMHO. I contacted the station and let my thoughts be known. I was told they switched to the format that worked so well on cell phones. Well, this is my desktop, not my cell phone, so thumbs down.
