I used to love watching channel 12 in the morning but now it's become very annoying! You got a bunch of immature people especially the traffic guy who acts like a child most of the time yeah I will switch back to channel 3 much better read more

Very misleading in your news coverage. On the 5:00 news they claimed the El Paso Airport was closed for 10 days, when it was only actually closed for only a couple hours. Please provide accurate reporting. Troy, you're better than that. read more

Watching a stupid tennis match right now. Dateline is supposed to be on according to their own programming schedule. I could understand if it were breaking news, but this is just a stupid tennis match. If you don't intend to stick to your program schedule, don't post it online. read more

KPNX 12 News - Their program schedule whish isn't happening right now. - Television Stations Near Me - Phoenix, Arizona

This evening news broadcast is all doom and gloom. Their top news of the day is always murder or shootings. They use words that bring fear to the viewer just for dramatic effects like catastrophic or devastating! With all the craziness going on in the world around us, including the political crap, the viewers are in need of something positive. Why not start your news broadcasts on a positive note to capture the viewers attention. When you put Tram in a position to give me life advice on all types of subjects that's when I turned to Fox10. They are always lighthearted and always have smiles and laughter mixed in with the news. read more

Great news people, factual news that fact check, and fun facts, we love this station! Mark, Tram and Caribe keep up the great reporting. Thanks read more

Tried calling the station today. Three of the phone tree choices either didn't answer or asked to leave a message. What good is a message for something immediate? Typical of the efficiency of our news media. Frank in Wickenburg read more

caribe devine is both unprofessional and a poor newsreader her snarky comments about mark curtis are not funny but disrespectful she constantly messes up the news flubing words regularly the sound on this station is out of sync with the visual not to mention it's volume is erratic read more

I was watching 12 perfectly fine in my living room, then the station got wonky and pixelated about 2 weeks ago. Now I can't pick it up at all no matter how many times I re-scan the channels. It still comes in just fine in the bedroom. Wtf. So annoyed. read more

Today they've referred twice to "unsubstantiated" voter fraud, yet multiple news outlets have reported the opposite. No one has said anything about changing the election results. There's obvious questions about the integrity of how the election was handled. EVERYONE should expect an honest and fair election. read more

Giving it 5 stars because Bianca is beautiful... can she report news..... I don't know just like seeing her in HD!

Their coverage of the AZ Cardinals per-season games was horrible this year. Their choice for color man - Woozy - an ex football player was absolutely non-colorful, BABY (one of his favorite words - along with his favorite line, THAT WAS A REAL WORK OF ART, BABY). In addition, they interviewed players on the field while the game was going on. Disturbing, distracting and disrespectful of the guys on the field. I pray they don't get the contract next year. Fox was soooo much better last year. read more

I left a voice mail asking about the issues they have. Often I have trouble tuning in, can't get good reception. Was glad to hear in a recording that they're working on it. BUT they actually called me back at 7:30 this morning. RUDE !!!! Some people are actually SLEEPING that early in the morning. I didn't answer the call. No civilized person would call that early. Stupid. read more

So frustrated that when watching Dateline on Friday nights, the end is cut off to go straight to the news. I can get news any time, but I'd like to hear the concluding remarks on Dateline, especially after investing two hours of my time. This is unacceptable and something should be done. Shouldn't be that difficult to fix this annoying problem. read more

We have been watching 12 news for years, but no more. Excessive amount of commercials, some very long in length. On 5 o'clock newscast, the weather is done twice, and if they are doing a fund raising, they cut to that twice. They may have 10 minutes of news in 30 minutes. Poorly produced. read more

To whom, Ever since the airport changed flight patterns your single has been worstcompanyever than terrible. Half the folks living in town that I have talked to says they have had to quit watching Channel 12 because of the reception! I'm getting to the point that I told will start watching a different network if there is not a solution to this problem. We have a right to watch what we want, even if the planes are loud and obnoxious! Once the noise gets obnoxious we will move to another city. Please be our voice to the city that we are getting fed up. Thank You, Bob M. read more

Look I just want to report something, my friend just got me up and thisis something that's been going on for a while I got let go a while back from Conn's Home Plus because I hurt my back & they let me go because of it, I'm now hearing & seeing all these adds & now today one of the biggest weekends of the year near the 4th of July my buddy calls me up and says He's now written up because someone else is doing time fraud still in and from the company and trying to commit other crimes and I'm just tired of over seeing all the wrong that there doing and not saying something about it. They even pay Google $5000 to whipe away a bad review. I'm sry, I don't ever speak up, but I'm tired of seeing this company take advantage of everyone and grow when my own friend and not even get him and his his family a new house because of Conn's credit. And he's never missed a payment. B read more

This station has perky, heavily made-up Kens and Barbies who don't always understand the words they are using. I am sorry that sounds so harsh, but I've seen them blow off scientific studies about parental practices that harm children and say those practices are "needed," offering many reasons to continue to use them. Their responses to people who expressed concerns about their coverage were condescending at best. They truly didn't seem to understand what was at stake or why they were covering the news. They took issue with a scientific study to protect themselves emotionally because they used these techniques, or at least some of them did. If they can't understand what they are presenting and discuss it in an objective manner, they shouldn't be presenting it. Instead of educating the public for the benefit of children and reducing harm to children, their coverage encouraged the harmful practices and discouraged parents from taking science seriously. Channel 12 needs the lower the Ken and Barbie factor and hire better educated, more responsible hosts who take journalism and the power that comes with their roles seriously. read more

OMG! where to begin?! This is a "Not A Good Customer Service" Story..... I noticed there was a half off special last year and missed it. Was not going to miss it this year, No Way! So, back in May, 4 months ago!!!!!! ! i put this event in my calender: a special brought by Channel 12, KPNX, the railroad, and AZ Central. They advertised that they would offer 1/2 price tickets today @ high noon (ok, 1:00). At 12:55 I got ready to punch in all my info, {it's kinda like an ebay bid}, and when it coulnted down to "0" seconds, i put in my bid for the tickets, and in-putted my info. Well guess what? the computer system crashed, { "error message " appeared} But, wait! within seconds, i had the page up and running again, attempted to purchase the tickets again, and they were sold out. (insert %$#@*&^! here) Well, I called the marketing agent and the radio station, KPNX. My Hubby spoke to Lynn Mauer. She only offered 10% off - Ummmmm no i want 1/2 off !!! O wait, this gets even better. We call Verde Railroad directly, speak to the Manager, Robin Breene - explain the situation, well she had a complete ARROGANT ATTITUTE, there was nothing she could do, only offereing 10% off, can't help me, not her problem, speak to radio station. Well, like i care about this now...... like i would want ANYTHING to do with this offit now? Piece of advice?! Take the Train to grand canyon from Williams, which i have done preciously, and i have referred many friends and family to go and do!!!!! This seems toally lame: goes north for 90 mins and returns to station. For the same price, go to Williams, stay over night, buffet breakfast, wild west show, train to canyon, entertainment, train ride back, cowboys, elk, buffet dinner?! read more

The antenna strength is abysmal. It's been bad for months and surprised they have yet to fix it. I get the other stations without any issues. read more

I just watched Veronica Ruiz slam Mark Curtis over the Aston Martin implying he is not humble! Mark was joking about his birthday! So unprofessional!! I've watched channel 12 since I've moved here 13 years ago and Mark Curtis to me is very humble and a great anchor/news person! He's very down to earth and I can't believe I'm the only person to observe this on TV. Since Veronica showed up its obvious there's tension there but Mark has been a staple for channel 12 and I'm not sure how she gets off being so rude! She comes here and acts like she's the best news anchor that's ever been on TV... Someone needs to look in the mirror about being humble! I really don't write too many reviews but this really pissed me off! read more

Bad idea to show stringer lights above a pool during your 10 pm news . Very dangerous if you're swimming and if they accidentally fall in the pool lit , or, if they fall in and your GFCI ( if installed) fails. Safety of a life comes before a well lit pool read more

Your 12 News "Speed Feed" is the most annoying thing I've seen on a news program. Whats next? How about some comic book graphics across the screen WHAM , POW , KABOOM Why not, your program is almost a cartoon already read more

During the #redfored rally, the main speaker was addressing educator concerns, Mark Curtis brings on former Gov. Jan Brewer. People at home wanted to hear the speaker and their concerns, not listen to the nations most conservative politician deny her responsibility for the mess our children are in. Channel 5 and Sean Mclaugchlin got it right. They filmed the rally in its entirity, with very little interuption. KNPX, I'm not watching you again. Mark and the producers who chose to bring her on during/interupting the rally are to blame. read more

They practice terribly unsafe practices with their drones and vehicles. They were playing around driving unsafely while testing their flying drone in a residential neighborhood where children play and other pedestrians often walk their pets. They where also trespassing on private property which they claimed was an easement, which is completely ludicrous considering they have no right to use the easement. The property owner have been notified and police will be called if seen again. read more

This newscast is comparable to a TMZ show. Or scrolling through Facebook. They rely on sensationalism in their pre show ads and stories that aren't hard news. They run cheesy promos about their news staff...they're all great friends...look at their puppies and kids...how about these long retired newscasters, etc. When I'm watching something else on the station and Mark Curtis appears on screen I immediately turn the station. Fox 10 news puts them to shame. read more

In the recent past Mark Curtis was filling in as a guest host on a local radio station and made the comment that "any police shooting in which the suspect who got shot was not armed is a bad shooting". Apparently Mr. Curtis was not thinking clearly and has never served in the capacity of a Police Officer to make such a ridiculous statement. I always liked him when he was a sports guy, but because of his views on such a controversial topic I have tuned out of Channel 12 news. read more

The Olympics are my favorite time of the year. I wish any other channel besides NBC carried it. I don't give two craps about Ryan Seacrest. And who the heck is Leslie Jones? Don't know. Don't care. Not celebrity commenting on sports. read more

Somebody please clue in Jimmy the weatherman to stop texting on air while other anchors are speaking and to stop poking his face on to the green screen during the traffic report. He is so annoying that I prefer to change stations in the morning just because of his behavior. He is NOT a comedian and has limited talent as a weatherman. A replacement would be a great improvement. read more

It's about time 12News got there act together since Lin Sue Cooney left the station. I am a definite fan and watch almost every evening, That said, your new Speed Feed is absolutely terrible. It is distracting at best and irritating at worst. It gives information that is of no value what so ever to about 95% of your viewers. If I am driving on the roads of Arizona then I am not, or should not be watching your news broadcast, and therefore the info doesn't reach me, and if I am home, I don't need the info. You already have too much distracting info running across the screen. A clear screen would be much more enjoyable to watch, and you could concentrate on the reporting being done. Which is excellent. read more

Tired of listening to all the none news items associated with this station. I do not want the news people throwing in their attempt at jokes or personal info about themselves or their opinion of the news. I just want the news and accurately. I do not care about surveys or their silly morning question of the day. I don't need their interaction I prefer to decide issues for myself. Their local hi chat session where they talk over each other is truly annoying. Would like to see more international news. read more

I really do not like the new website at all. I had 12news.com as my home page for some time now. However, recently they changed the format. Look generic and very much like Google. The new white background and minimal visual makes it look like there's something wrong with my computer - operating in safe mode. Way to be innovative. It does not look professional IMHO. I contacted the station and let my thoughts be known. I was told they switched to the format that worked so well on cell phones. Well, this is my desktop, not my cell phone, so thumbs down. I guess I just expected more. read more
