Their rational when I complained was "we always add freight". I paid it and moved on. Now a few months later the binding is falling off. I called and was told that I would have to take the 12X14FT piece to the company who did the binding FOR THEM! "They are good about honoring their work" they said... I told them that I bought the rug from them bound and I expected them to deal with it. How am I going to get a rug that size to the binder? Their offer was to pick it up but that they would have to charge me $120 to do so. I always tell others when I have a good experience with a company. The $49.00 had me deciding not to do business with them again. This experience has me motivated to tell everyone I can about Variety's idea of standing behind their products and taking care of their customers. There are plenty of other companies out there.
