I've been going to this office for almost a year and a half and I've had to wait each and every time like a least 30-45 minutes to be seen. I showed up 10 minutes late in that year and a half due to traffic construction and the weather and I was turned away stating that I was 10 minutes late and that's office policy but it's not office policy for them to be on time. I will never go there again. There's way better Dr's and office staff around to be treated like another number. I never felt so hurt. I've had a lot of billing issue with this office also.

I went in to see Dr.Sasso to hopefully get relief on my herniated disc and other multiple problems…read moreI have with my back,I went in for the consultation and Dr.Sasso comes in the room opens a can of some drink asks me about my back but a couple times he picks up his phone and texts,I let it go cause I'm pretty sure he is one of the owners. So the day of the procedure the nurse brings me into a room puts a sheet under the back of my pants and pulls my pants down a bit,and says "the Dr will be in soon",so about 10 minutes later the nurse comes in and says"he should be in soon" then 5 minutes later some random man walks in,keeps the door open mind you my butt is out and he says "oh I just have to put this pillow away",so about 5 minutes later Dr.Sasso came in and he's doing the procedure and all of sudden my leg involuntary flys up in the air and it is the most excruciating pain I have ever had in my life so that lasted for about 45 seconds so when I turned my head to look at him and ask him why that happened he was texting!!!!!!!!!! So was he texting and the needle went into the wrong part of my back? I did call and talk to the practice manager her response was "he ususally doesn't do stuff like that",well I would hope not. I asked her for my records she did not give them to me I called back multiple times and no one has gotten back to me,they have not even sent my records to my new Dr.

The pool (private and with a treadmill) was what lead me to come here-it is pure heaven. What I received was so much more. Kate is an incredible hands on physical therapist who has worked with me diligently to regain strength and mobility. Not only that but the amount of pain relief she has provided me is immeasurable. Dan and Casey are also wonderful to work with. Other places have often left me with a student and rushed through the session. Not only do they work so hard with you in the facility but they provide you with an at home regimen to make your care/recovery complete.
